Gains have been good so far. I stopped weighing myself about 3 weeks or so...but I have some brand new additions to my stretch mark family. I'm guessing around 20lbs so far, otherwise I don't think I would have seen so many (stretch marks).

Oh, and just as I'm making good progress I hurt my shoulder the other day. It's pretty bad, and it probably going to require me to baby it for the next while which friggin sucks. I really wanna go for one last PR on Monday w/ my bench, we'll see how I feel.
 
Day 72

Switched over to prop, and am loving it. I really don't get sore from it and I find the EOD injections fun fun fun! I'm injected 2cc's EOD. Unfortunately I really fucked up my shoulder. There's is little to no chance of me getting in another Push workout in before ending the cycle - I really, really wanted to go for one last PR on the Bench. Maybe if I'm lucky I'll heal up by next friday. I really don't know what it is, it definately doesn't feel like a tendon, more like a nerve. And I didn't scuff it or anything when injecting (I haven't injected there in a while). I think I fucked it up when I slept at a "friends" house cuz she has a tiny bed.

Diet has been mediocre the last few days, due to not being able to train fucking with my motivation to eat. There really is no point in eat as big as I have been without being able to train, it's just going to be put on as fat.


Anyways, this is the plan for my last week on:

Squats
Deadlifts
Leg Press
EZ Bar Curls
Dumbell Curls
Calf Raises
Calf Press machine

I'm doing this EOD for the last week, to see how I respond to more frequent training on these body parts. Also, I can't work chest, tris, shoulders or back because of the injury so I gotta do something. I really hope I heal up in time for PCT, because I have a feeling I'll lose a lot of gains if I can't workout (no workout = no diet for me, it throws everything off!).
 
Day 72 Workout

Grueling workout. Didn't go exactly as planned, I couldn't really deadlift after squatting so I'll just rotate those lifts. Too much back pump. Hit up 315x12, then 365x6 and went to leg presses (2 sets of 9 plates a side x 10). Seated calf presses, 3x3plates 12, 14, 18. I had to switch dumbell curls to machine preacher curls cause they hurt the shoulder. I'm definately gonna feel the legs tomorrow.

I already miss pressing but oh well, that's life.
 
Side Effects Update

Testicles are normal size, I increased HCG last week to 4-500 iu 2x a week. I just wanted to do it for the last 2 weeks before I come off. Acne has increased on the back a bit, shoulders are started to fade but it will take a little time for it to go away. I don't have any night sweats, and pumps have been really great since going "back" on var. Muscles are really hard and full.

No aggression or anything like that. Horny as a dog.

That's about it.
 
Day 73

Woke up to extreme pain in my shoulder today. Sleeping really fucks it up because I probably sleep for hours in painful positions. I popped a couple advil but that did nothing. I had to go to a walk in clinic. The doc told me I have tendonitis in my shoulder, and recommended that I don't totally stop but just reduce my workouts (weights and reps). I'm going to take next week off of pushing, and just work legs and bi's like posted above. I have to ensure that I am all healed up in time for post cycle therapy (pct) so I can workout and keep these gains!

He also put me on anti-inflamatory pain killers. I hope they help. Last night it was so bad I had to resort to an ancient method of pain relief - Vodka (okay, it wasn't just for pain relief. It worked pretty good I must say.

Legs and Bi's are really sore today. Last night when I was coming back from the gym I got outta my car, walked 3 steps and my legs literally gave out on me and I collapsed in the driveway. I have always come close to falling, but I have never actually had my legs completely give out. Luckily nobody was around to see.

It's a shame I'm injured cuz I really wanted to see how I responded to prop. I can't test out my strength size gains, but I do like the way it makes me feel.

I think I figured out how I hurt my shoulder. I was skimming through an older MD magazine and came across an article by Charles Glass. It was talking about benching and touching the chest. He explains that when you touch your chest with the bar you relax your pec muscle (you cannot help it) which means that a lot of the weight is resting on your tendons.

I just recently started touching the bar right to my chest, and I actually did it for the first time on a 315lb bench. This has been the only change I have made to my form. I would also bring the bar just 1 inch or so from the chest.

I'm thinking it was a combination of the change in form with a drastic increase in weights in the last 9 months caused it.

Painkillers are helping a bit. The doc told me that this type of injury can be more painful than a broken shoulder, and I definately believe him. I have been waking up in the middle of the night almost screaming.

I really haven't been doing that. I will have to put better emphasis on form for all my lifts.
 
Day 76

This shits getting outta control. Believe it or not, I'm now feeling pain in my left shoulder as well. I really didn't think my form was bad enough to do thismuch damage...I gotta say, I'm pretty turned off of heavy weights right now.

I'm really trying to contemplate what to do. Saturday is supposed to be my last injection, but I'm really worried that if I can't workout I'm going to lose all my gains from this cycle (I already lost all from my first cycle due to a bunch of freak events).

I'm considering staying on another 2-4 weeks until I heal up, but then my entire plan goes out the window. I had everything organized to begin my next cycle at the appropriate time, ready to be cut up for summer. I really was looking forward to this, as it was going to be the leanest I have ever been (and I've never really been lean). It's going to mean coming in lean around the end of June, that's pretty much the end of summer so what's really the point.

This shit is friggin depressing man, this cycle was awesome - great size and strength and if I lose it all it's going to bum the hell outta me.
 
day 77

Gotta go back to the doc, pain is getting unbearable again. I wake up in the middle of night in really bad pain. I think I should go for an MRI or physio or something. For now I'm dropping my Test down to 100mg EOD, and Anavar to 40mg ED (just to help keep the fat off). I'm going to run the Test for an extra week and take it from there.

I've got a whole bunch of ideas on what to do:

1. Just come off, cut my losses cuz I won't be able to workout

2. Stay on until I heal

3. I was thinking of staying on for a couple more weeks and running a 7-10 day DNP cycle. It kinda make sense since I'm ending a bulking cycle (chubby) and your not even supposed to workout on DNP (and I can't if I tried!).
 
lol, just for the record - 2 cycles ran so far and both start out amazing and ended in disaster. Maybe I have bad luck?

By the end of the first one I had already lost all my gains, but I still have my gains on this one right now (around 20lbs). It's like a game of chess, what moves do I have to make to keep the gains.

Shoulders are getting a little bit better. I've stayed outta the gym this week, and I'm really hoping to get in next week for some lighter weight workouts. I decided to just stay on for 1 more week and continue @ 100mg EOD. Diet has been shit, I'm kinda taking this as my week off the gym and relaxing a bit.

I'm dying to get back there with my diet and some creatine, post cycle.
 
Hard weekend lol, I partied a little too much. Fri and Sat drank more than a 26er. I'm done with drinking for a while though, I guess I just had to get it outta my system.

My right shoulder is a little better, my left one was absolutely killing me today. I hurt them both, but my left shoulder is where my right was about 3 days ago, seems to be delayed for some reason. I was just sitting in a chair on the comp and I was almost howling in pain today, I didn't know what to do. It's better now, it seems to flare up in the morning because I'm sure I sleep on it funny.
 
Oh yeah, I'm contemplating working out tomorrw. I really, really want to get back in the gym, but I also want to heal up. I'll probably go for a light workout and see how I feel.
 
My last injection was in a calf injection 2 days ago....I got outta bed today and almost fell over lol! I really overslept (i think cuz of the painkillers) like 5 hours lol. Maybe I can walk it off. Going for Tri today.
 
Did my tri injection, not so bad right now. Probably gonna be a little sore the next couple.

shoulders are slowly getting better. I decided not to workout today. Going for a very light workout tomorrow and hope to be back in full swing be next week. I will obviously not be doing the weights I was during my cycle. I'll be more than happy benching 225, and I dunno if I'll even attempt that.
 
Last shot of the cycle! It was very emotional lol. The last 2 shots I did (both quad) I simply could not do it. My right quad took 3 tries, just to poke. Then on this injection, 4 tries - and could not do it. I tried to poke 2 times, switched to a new pin and tried 2 more times, nothing. I said fuck it and injected in my glute. It was very strange.

I'm feeling pretty good, shoulders are getting much better and are almost painfree. I'm getting back in full swing on monday, with PCT, Creatine and my bulking diet. I'm hoping to put on 10lbs in the next 3 months (before my cutting cycle). I'm confident I will be able to do it.

I think I'm getting a Digi Cam for Christmas from the parents, so I'll post pics if I get it. I dont have one right now and my phone sucks too much. I will probably be a lot smoother from Natty bulking but whatcha gonna do. I think i'm sitting around 215-220 I really don't know...I'll do a final weigh in tomorrow.

My face definitely got chubbier, a lot of kind people pointed that out to me lol. Maybe some of it is bloat? I guess I'll find out when I finish the cycle.

Either way, very productive cycle minus the last two weeks. Good times, and I already have everything planned for my next cycle, the big cutter.

It's been fun checking in as the cycle progressed. Glad to hear the shoulders are getting back to normal, you did the right thing by taking some time off. I am betting it's all water on your face.
