My 2nd Cycle

I still can't sleep. I managed about 3 hours today,then I had to go out and do some stuff. I figured I'd come home later and pass out. No chance! I'm dead tired though. Strange indeed...
 
lol 4 30 am and still can't slee (didn't take sleeing pills). Very weird...I gotta fall asleep sometime. I can lie down, but nothing comes of it.
 
Last night I had to dose myself with nyqil and some pain reliever pm's to put myself down to make sure I would get plenty of sleep for work today. It's tough when you know you need sleep to grow but can't get it. About the drinking thing, I understand your dedication, but there is no reason to miss out on stuff like going out with your friends. If you feel drinking will jeapordize gains then don't drink, I partied a little tonight, had a few beers and still managed to get 9 meals in today.
 
I usually have trouble going out cuz I end up staying out late, which fucks me up the next day...and I drink I don't eat well so. I only have 4 weeks left on cycle, plus I'm on orals, so I'll just stick it out. Definately gonna go have some fun off cycle, but still gotta do my best to continue making gains.
 
Day 53

Decided to skip the workout today. I didn't get the diet in, and I don't like to workout without having enough carbs in me. I had a calling that needed answering, so it was a late night. It had been far too long. Now that I've gotten some frustrations out, i'm ready to get back in the game. My weeked was off, I had lots of insomnia and complete loss of apetite (i'm guessing they were related). Feeling better though. I'll push the workout to tomorrow.

Gotta inject today....that's about it.
 
Day 54

Hit chest and tris today. Benched 315 again, it was a little harder - i'm guessing due to the off diet over the weekend and yesterday - but I managed it. Workout was great, really tore everything up. There was this on girl who was about 5' on the dot, a little chubby with what must have been DD breasts - I nearly fell in love (test is best). I was gonna take her on a dbell rack.

I injected in my left delt yesterday, it went okay but I really like injecting in my legs more. Went shopping today and picked up a lot of food, damn bulking isn't cheap. I'm gonna be rich when I start cutting up lol!
 
Side Effects Update:

Insomnia is now controlled and my sleeping is pretty much back to how it should be. I've noticed an increase in acne, this time on my shoulders and chest. It's kinda weird cuz last cycle it was pretty much limited to my back, this time hardly any there. I'm just trying to keep it under control through hygiene.

Other than that, muscles are very hard. Now that I'm getting used to the var, I've stopped farting as much lol.
 
Day 56

Back and Bi's today. Great workout...I didn't feel like going for any pr's today (energy was low in the beggining of the workout) but made up for it in volume. Wicked pump, back was nice and swole. I switched over from Dbell rows to BB rows cuz they don't have heavy enough weight, but this is pretty hard on my lower back. It's hard to do DL's and Rows etc etc and keep a strong lower back the whole time. Went heavy on bi's and blasted them.

Diet's been going great, 6 breasts a day, cheat meal and lots of oatmeal, shakes etc. Though I've decided to stay away from the scale until i'm finished the cycle, I'm sure i'm gaining decent weight. It could be tricky though because the Anavar makes your muscles really hard, making what was there seem bigger. Either way, with the amount i'm eating I have no choice but to gain - even if it's fat!

Acne is already going down due to consistent cleaning. Face is still clear. That's about it.
 
Also, when I do heavy BB curls or preacher curls it fucking destroys my forearms. I get intense pain in my bones during and especially immediately after I put down the weight. Any idea what causes this and what could remedy this? Normally it's not a big deal, but it is hindering my performance on my weakest body part...

You think throwin in some deca (not this cycle, for my next) would help alleviate this pain?

Straight bar curls are the mother of all mass builders for the biceps, but they wreak havoc on the elbows. If you are doing straight bar, switch to cambered for a while, and if they still bother you, go entirely to dumbbell curls for awhile...or cables, but I don't personally think they're as effective.

I would not use deca for your next cycle to alleviate elbow pain. Part of your problem is that the increased strength while on cycle is hard on joints and tendons. Heal the elbows and get rid of the pain before you try that/

I haven't read your whole thread, but I did get through the first couple of pages, and saw your questions on liver protection. I use Liv-52 or Milk Thistle for maintenance, but feel that NAC is much more potent while actually stressing the liver with 17aa orals like D-Bol. Just my opinion.

I get this also, but I found a decent way around it. When you let go of the weight don't ease up your grip all at once, do it slowly over a few seconds. It's as if there's too much tension on the joint and when you let go it all releases at once, causing pain. Let go a little slower and see if it helps.
 
lol, that's exactly what i've been doing. Sometimes I look like a frozen retard slowly letting go of the weight. It helps some, but I wish the problem would just go away altogether so I could really go for biceps. I definately don't get this with isolation exercises, but any heavy curling and it pops up.
 
Day 57

Just hit up shoulders today. Good workout. Diet was a little off today, but I'll get back in full swing tomorrow. I just couldn't seem to eat any protein today, stomach wouldn't allow it. That's about it.
 
Day 58

Went for legs today. No squats, just extensions. Don't laugh, 5 heavy sets and you can really tear up the quads, though I know it's no replacement. Diet was good today, everything else is okay.

I can't seem to get rid of the acne on my left shoulder, and noticed it's "spreading" a bit towards my back. It's starting to look more dry (from washing it) so it might go away in the next couple of days. No other sides to report.
 
Day 61

Chest and tri's today. My bench is staying around 315, I guess that's okay. I'd like to get the reps up though, they are stuck around 2-4. I'd like to pump out 8.

Injected HCG/Test today, went well. I gotta try to squeeze out a lot of gains these last few weeks (3) including this week.
 
Day 63

1000th post.

Back/Bi's today. Decent workout, no records. Energy was low, I had to force the workout. Still did good damage. Sex drive has been raging lately, it's like i'm on cialis 24/7. Acne is fading slowly. That's about it.
 
Day 67

Haven't been updating as frequently....diet has beena little off recently, but I'm getting it together for the last two weeks. I'm hopin for another 5lbs outta this. I seem leaner, probably due to the var.

Anyways, I'm walking through Yorkdale yesterday and I see this big black guy in the crowd. He was with a girl that even I would consider short (He was probably 6'4, 6'5). I take a second look - mother fucker! It's Paul Dillet! I've never seen a pro before, and Paul has always been in my top 3 (Arnold, Ronnie then Paul). I said "is that paul dillet" outloud as he and her walked by, she just looked at me and nodded. That's about it, just a cool experience for me. he was wearing a jacket so I couldn't really see how his body was holding up, but he did look pretty wide.
 
Day 68

2nd last chest/tri workout while on cycle! This was probably my best workout to date. I was just really able to feel the chest...I finally got my Anavar (var) and I'm back on @ 60mg ED for the last 2 weeks. I was off it for about 3 days because my amazing source "was really busy" and couldn't send it out on time. Benched 315 again, reps are slowly going up, I probably won't hit 8 by the end of the cycle but I'm really hoping not to lose strength on this lift. I'd like to keep benching 315 by the time I start my next cycle.

Today was my first prop inject...2cc's!! That's double the largest amount I've ever injected. It went right in the quad, took a while longer than usual. It was a little sore after, but nothing too bad. It seems like it's going to be sore in the next couple days, I guess I'll find out how bad it's gonna be.

Diet was spot on today, and sex drive is crazy. Acne is the same, a little on the chest and some on the shoulders. I'm confident it will go away after the cycle.
 
LOL...I'm sitting here wondering why I'm all hyper. I almost feel like i'm high on something - then I remembered I took caffeine pills before I worked out, but it seems to be hitting me now, after the workout! Next time I gotta take em like 30 min before.

Yeah, I normally take my caffeine 30-45 minutes before so it peaks while i'm training. Looks like you've made some great progress on this cycle outlaw.
