I thought I would share this routine,
haven't done it in a while, but
have used it over the years to get past plateus or just shock my muscles. Have gotten good results and it's simple.
Get some blood flowing and stretch good before you try this. It is a good test of cardio.
This routine is unconventional because
each sequence is performed like a superset.
You do the exercises consecutively with less rest time between sets.
I stay in a heavy 8-12 rep range working
till failure on each set.
sequence 1 (3 sets)
Wide grip pull ups
bent over row
barbell shrugs
Sequence 2 (3 sets)
dumbbell row
close grip t-bar
deadlifts
