I do workout, I love to keep myself in shape, as far as supplements, I take an OTC fat burner called Forged Burner.
and by "more" do u mean, steroids ?
There are some girls that come on this forum because they are doing a cycle themselves & want feedback,etc.

But there's plenty of girls that come in here to learn & share their knowledge about training, diet, and fitness...



How about u ? Do u train ?
I think I read on your other post that u train with your boyfriend ?

I workout, I take kick-boxing and yoga more than the gym though. I go to the gym sometimes with my man, and I'll do the row machine or stairclimber and run the track. I love yoga though...have you tried any yoga?
 
I work out and like to keep myself in shape. I've bee working out for 5 years, but I was sick on and off for a year and lost a lot of my tone and gained some fat. So not I'm starting to get my figure back. I take supplements, but didnt for years, I started with just diet, cardio and weight/strength training. I currently do cardio 4 times a week and weight training 4 times a week. I do yoga or pilates usually once a week, I think they are great for strength and flexibility as well as stress. And I used to take mixed martial arts for 4 hours on Wed. but I stopped when I got ill and havent gotten back into it.

I dont regulary use supplemental help (besides multivitamin, fish oil, probiotics, and other such supplements for general health) as I prefer to just be naturally healthy, but I am running a cutting cycle now cause I have a honeymoon coming up in the Caribbean and want to be smoking in a bikini - lol. My body fat increased when I was working on gaining muscle after being ill and losing a lot of lean muscle mass, and now I'm using a lil extra help with my diet and training to help cut that body fat down.

You know I did try yoga a few years back, I've been thinking about trying it again,

Well, that sounds like fun !! honeymooning in the Caribbean.
My hubby & I went to Jamaica for our honeymoon 15 years a go... Good times !

I must have a high metabolism or something, cause I rarely gain weight and I am almost always toned. Lucky I guess. Hot yoga is my favorite tho :)

Sounds like you have all the answers for the kind of shape you want then, happy for you. Plenty of the women in this forum stick with weight training and cardio and are in amazing condition themselves. I guess they're lucky too because they have found what works for them and what makes them happy. Others are here to learn how to achieve that.

I've read quite a few of your threads and am just wondering what your goals are? Did you join to learn more about the BB lifestyle or .....? Just trying to understand your aims really.

Hi detour, I joind to find out more about the steroid community. It is not only interesting to me but admirable for those who work eat sleep bodybuilding. :)

Thank you Mrs.P;)....i believe most every lady who works out are totally dedicated to fitness and how they want to look and more than 99% of them always accomplish what their goals are

I wish most of the guys was that dedicated:cool:

and i know you are a big influence on Mr.P!!!!
