Hey all, so i guess ill throw my stats up quickly then jump into everything
Age: 25
Height: 6ft3"
Weight: 109kg
BF%: 18%
Lifting History: Primarily S7C style with a mix of powerlifting and Strongman Training.
Lifts: Bench: 120kg; Squat: 145kg; Deadlift 200kg (1RM's)
So Last November i went on a 1000cal a day crash diet and went from 120kg down to 93 over a 4month period. At 93kg i was 15% but still didn't have the shape i was looking for. So i tried my first clean bulk and have gone back up from 93 to around 105kg-109kg. Again still haven't been able to get the shape i was after. So I've finally had to bite the bullet and after lurking these forums for a long time i enlisted the help of 3J to sort my diet, training and AAS. So while i won't go into details about the training he has outlaid i will check in monthly with an progress photo and updated measurements. Ill be keeping a food diary using MyFitnessPal and Monthly Progress Shots. I know a lot of people start these and never finish them but i find it helps me to stay committed.
So below are a few Photos. My First 2 are at my heaviest and the second 2 are after i dropped to 93kg and the one shit of me currently.
i start 3J's plan on the 1st of september and will post photos and measurements then.

p.s. i know i shouldn't have crashed dieted and i did a lot of things wrong but its just a bit of history.
