So im trying to get down to 14% bf before i start my cycle. I started at 15%. 5'10" 221lbs. I know clens got a bad rap with some of you but sharing for the other people to see. I started at 40mcgs a day and upped it 20 each day till i got to 100. I am 1 week in. I havent changed my diet or workout routine at all. I am now 215lbs and can start to see my abs again. The only side effect I have noticed, beside the normal elevated heart rate, shaky hands is that im sore and my feet cramp up. My legs and glutes get sore even from normal everyday house work stuff.
