Right now I'm getting ready to diet. Lunch and dinner is meat and something very fatty. Usually beef. I might have liver tonight again.
 
thats what Im gonna have for dinner from now on 2 beef patties in a fajita with some kind of sauce ? but which kind of beef are you taking (fatty) ?

I got my beef from a local farmer, and his cows are out grazing, not in a feedlot, so the meat doesn't have a lot of fat in it. Fatty beef is ok.

you told me to eat more fatty beef, whats a good amount of beef to eat for a meal, 8-10oz would that be good. can only get beef from a corner deli or supermarket I live in a city.

8 oz would be a snack, 16+ is a meal.
 
so you mean a lb. of beef a day, couldnt you have 8oz for one meal then the next meal another 8oz ? whats the cal/pro/fats for a 8oz piece. how many oz do you need to cook to come out to be 8oz cause of shrinkage?

No, a pound is a MEAL. Check fitday.com for the ratios of it. I'm talking raw weight here.

I don't know what you mean by a pound a day. A pound or more is a good meal when not on anything. If you're on gear, then up that to 20 oz or more for a good meal. You shouldn't even be thinking about a cycle right now. Concentrate on what you're doing now.

meal1-4egg whites, 2 slices cheese,2 slices wheat bread and sometimes use 2 whole eggs instead of whites.

meal2-6oz lean roast beef,1 slice cheese, lettuce,2 slices wheat bread
1 cup of grapes

meal3-16oz beef, cup of string beans with oil&vinegar.

train- then grape juice& creatine and then 8oz water

meal4-2scoops muscle milk,1scoop of ON whey, 1 cup of oatmeal,flax seed oil,8oz milk,4oz cream.

meal5-5oz chicken breast,in a 10"fajita,cup of rice.

meal6- chicken pot pie, sorry frost I read ingreidients and there is no nitrites,nitrates in there.

meal7-2 slices rye bread,4 tsp of jam, and 3oz low fat hard cheese,
12oz whole milk.

meal8-what protein should I use I have ON egg protein,and ON whey,and I have GNC PM. protein.

what else or what needs to be replaced, will only replace something if you can tell me exactly what to use instead. are you sure 16oz beef ED isnt bad for cholesterol ?

Use 4 whole eggs, otherwise this is pretty good.

What kind of oil? Olive oil is best for this type of thing. If you're using olive oil, then this meal looks good.

The reason I don't recommend chicken pot pies is because they're not a whole food. The crusts are generally highly processed, not to mention most of the stuff in it is fake (like the sauce in it, flavorings, etc).

Why low fat cheese? Try to get some more protein in there, though. And make sure the jam is real jam...not high fructose corn syrup.

And yes, I'm sure the beef won't mess with your cholesterol.
 
is it enough calories and protein to bulk with this diet, will go up 250cals more everyweek till end of cycle which is about another 1500cal more.
the meat I have now is packed in Illinois, its a midwestern brand (premium steakhouse meats)
1 patty 5.33oz is
470 cal 380from fat
total fat 42g
sat fat 18g
cholesterol 80mg
sodium 55mg
protein 24g

so I will eat 3 of them for dinner ED before training with string beans in virgin olive oil%vinegar. when I run out of this meat I will buy more from supermarket or should I stick with this brand that I get from a meat seller not supermarket so I can count the nutrition facts ? I get about 24 patties for 19$ from the meat guy.

Well, use fitday and tell me how much protein, carbs, fat, and total calories you're actually eating. Then I can tell if you're getting enough.

If you could, it would probably be better to get your beef from the meat guy.

By the way, what do you mean "cycle"?
 
going to do this natural for some time then go on cycle you said test and proscar would be fine. its not like I cant gain you never saw my diet before when on previous cycle and was 178lbs and looked big. and defined too.

Yeah, and you lost it all, too. Anyone can do that. Get to 180 natural. Learn to keep it, learn to eat, learn to lift. Once you do all that, then you can start to consider a cycle again.
