My favorite Chicken recipe

Although i hate chicken with a passion lol, this is a wonderful recipe that i love, yall may use it already, just wanted to share

Take skinless, chicken breast, take a fork, punch holes in them, mix up 2 cups of water and add 1 packet of Taco seasoning to the water, put chicken in a long glass pan and pour water/mixed with taco seasoning, chip up some onions and add those if desired, let them soak over night

then the next night, either bake them,or grill them, they are yummy!!!

and if you grill them, take it another step further, wrap each chicken breast in tin foil and add salsa to it and close the tin foil up,majorly good!!

that sounds pretty damn good to me dude.

I like to season my chicken with some larrys seasoning, fry with a little bit of peanut oil, and add some sour orange while frying on both sides. One of my favorites

Sounds good! Adding to list of things to try - I have some breasts that need cooking actually.

I do plain old trimmed chicken breasts in the slow cooker with either water or low sodium chicken broth (put at least 8-10 breasts) cook for 12hrs on low or 4-5 on high and shred with forks when you pull them out (this will not be difficult... sometimes they fall apart pulling them out) then you can either put it in a bowl over rice (any kind of rice you like) with your fav salsa (sabrositas cilantro salsa is not bad) or wrap it up with rice in a tortilla that was heated/toasted in a big pan. good shit - i get the biggest wraps you can find and pre-make them for work.

I used to also throw a bunch of chicken breasts in the slow cooker with enough canned green enchilada sauce to cover them and cook till you can shred and mix it all up - eat over rice or straight up.

If you like brisket then this will knock your socks off... get a big fat brisket and a big fat slow cooker (if you can't tell - slow cookers are amazing because you don't have to be there!) put it in there (I usually have to trim like 4 inches of fat from one side of the meat) and dump a large jar of peproccini peppers juice and all (you can pre-cut all the stems off to make it easier later if you like) then toss in one DRY pouch of italian dressing mix all over everything (you can do 2 if you are doing a huge brisket) and thats it! Sometimes i add some beef broth to the bottom for added juiciness but thats all. Turn that sucker on and let it roll on LOW for like 12hrs. Shit is bomb!

I love cooking and got a ton more but don't want to fill up this thread - maybe I will open a log for them.
