my first cutting cycle

hello guys .. im 5'9 .. 240 lbs..24%bf

and i want to get to 185lbs

im planing to do my first cycle in 2 weeks

am thinking of test prop- winstrol tabs and clen

and i have primo and anavar in hand

so wt do u think guys
wt shold i take
hope am gonna get to 185 in 12 weeks

am not goin to take winstrol in the weeks 5-8
in order to give my liver a break ... or should i take for the whole 12 weeks

i have been traning for 2 years.. gaind some soled lbs of muscles.. i just have problrms shading fat

am goin to take 2000 calories aday
30% carbs( mostly slow acting carbs) 10%fat and 60%protien

going to do hiit first in the morning after my first meal

and then lifting weigths on the afternoon ( super sets and drop sets- nearly no rest between sets)


so wt do u think about my cycles

and how much mg`s should i take of each copmound

suggestions plz



am kind of new to juice :)

Ummm, Juice aint the answer man! Get to 200 or so naturally then think about juicing up for size. Juicing for fatloss?? I dont want to believe you're serious

hi man.. the thing is i really want to get big..not fat though.. i mean i cant wait to cycle for mass.. it just take lots of time to loss the body fat ,,, and i really think using this time to bulk is better ,,, i mean i really dont have problems gainig mass .. its just hard ( to me ) to loss fat naturally..maybe cycling would help a bit :)
 
you need to get your bf down. If you want to lose weight then diet and cardio. Dont resort to steroids. At that high of a bf% you will be looking at increased bp for sure. Also winni wont do anything for you because it shows its effects on already lean individuals. Winni isnt even a cutter. It dries you out and thats what gives the effect of "lean" and it also fucks up your lipids and causes joint pain. Anavar wont do much for you either....that will also fuck up your lipids. You really need to get your diet in check before you start messin with this shit. Its hard for everyone to lose fat bro
 
The main question is not your bodyfat, because contrary to what others want to say Test Prop in my opinion is very effective at fat loss when coupled with a good training regimen, cardio, and diet. The questions I would ask are how old are you? and how long have you been working out? You have the right components there for a cycle where you can drop bodyfat and harden and gain muscle. I would ditch the Clen. I think it is highly overated, outdated, and terrible for your heart. Go with an ECA stack for fat loss, not clen.

yes test does help fat loss but its not gonna be a game changer. Its still very slow. Also diet depicts which way you go with it so if he doesnt have his diet down before he starts then whats the point. Nobody with a bf of 24% (which in all reality is closer to 26% unless he got tested in a dunk tank) should be recommended steroids. Higher bf will also create more estrogen which is not good for fat loss

im 26 years old... as i said i have been training for 2 years.. gained 30 lbs..fat and muscles .. i was taking about 6000 cals aday(not all clean)

and now i want to cut
taking 2000 clean cals aday

but.. u know,, i dont want to loss my muscles that i have gaind in 2 years of trainig

thats why im thinking of cycling

and wt is ECA stack

on cycle.. i will take in 2000 clean cals..mosly protein

and im thinking of running test prop..so i dont think creating more estrogen would be a problem

and if it does bcz of the 24% bf

i got my clomid and nolvadex :)

ok now this shows that you dont have a clue what your doing. Dont run your cycle bro.

first of all test highly aromatizes...which means alot of it turns into estrogen. Test prop test enanth test cyp...they all aromatize bro...test is test is test

clomid and nolvadex are for pct only. You would need an anti estrogen for estrogen care.

also at 2000 cals a day you are going to lose muscle regardless of running a test cycle or not. Test isnt going to keep your muscle while your cutting. So just diet and cardio and quit trying to find an easy way out. Steroids are not magic. They are there to help guys push past their natural limits...not for situations as yours

yes I am 400% sure that nolva is just for post cycle therapy (pct). Why argue with me?? I know a shit ton more about this game than you.

On a cutting cycle you will lose muscle with a cal deficient diet. Its not rocket science, its a fact. I dont care if your injecting 1000mg of test every week...your going to lose muscle....your just like the rest of the newbs out there that think steroids are going to solve your fat issues. Take control of your life naturally...get your fat down....then run a cycle when you get to atleast 18%
