My New Cycle!

When I started working out I was 120 pounds. Progressed to my natural weight of 145-150. Gained until 170-175.

Your natural weight being 150lbs and your genetic limit being 150lbs are 2 different things. Your genetic limit IS NOT 150lbs and dont even try to tell us it is becuse we know better. Ive never met a person 5-10 that couldnt hit 190-200lbs lean naturally all day long. Youre just not willing to do what it takes.

Look buddy I'm not trying to look like the pros nor want to. I am an athlete who is in great shape has gained 20-25 pounds of lean muscle over natural size naturally and wants another 10-20 unnaturally. Thats it...Thats all If I wanted to be a 260 pound muscle head that couldn't run around the block I would. Maybe thats what you are going for not me. You keep doing your 1 set of 350 for 3 reps talk for 20 mins look around see who's watching you do another 8 say you were at the gym for 2 hours and go to bed.

Nobody said you were and nobody said you needed to being doing a bunch of 1 repper sets, those are just guidelines to put on mass which you claim to want to do. And like its been said before, the fact that you cant put that last 20lbs on naturally show your lack of training knowledge/diet/whatever else because the majority of the people get to that weight BEFORE they start gear. Your just full of excuses and copouts about genetics.

By the way i bust my ass in the gym and my lifts make yours look pathetic and ive only been training 3 years. Furthemore, I have used only a fraction of the gear you have. Im also at a similar bodyfat now(10% roughly) and weigh 30lbs more than you do. Im not a monster, im an athlete also whos training to play football again. I can run around the block, fool. So who knows what theyre doing here and whos the fool?

Now that this has gone this way whatever....buddy i would run circles around you in anything that has to do with fitness except for your strongman challenge lol Three years I guess you reached you potential in three years lol
Ive read you gear cycles why did you start after three years did you really hit a plateau after three years and needed juice. Practice what you preach buddy nobody except you gives a fak what you lift but lets see you run up a mountain, cycle for 15k or swim a kilometer than we will then see who talking.
If I trained for three years only strength I would kill you in that too pal.

Training for football eh so when did you figure it out that it was the last 20 pounds that you could put on was it the first year of training or the third. lol

What was that grade 9 now your going into 12

I was FAR closer to my potential than you were.

Im not one of those guys that needs to constantly remind people of how much i can lift. I kept a journal here for a while but decided it was just self indulgent so i stopped.

However, Im 38 years old now and was diagnosed with low testosterone so i decided to run a couple cycles before going on TRT. Never went over 500mg and for the last year all ive been running is a testosterone replacement therapy (TRT) dose of test which is 150mg a week and a little bit of tren on and off. I train for strength for obvouis reasons but need some mass too. Im within a few pounds of where i want to be and it only took me a couple years, even with shitty genetics.

I could probably swim a Kilomoter too, easy. I swam competitively in high school and still swim for cardio occasionally. I also run a 6.5 minute mile and regularly take 10 mile bike rides. Im in fine shape.

Its obvious your not gonna listen to anyone here so you should probably just push on cause most of dont give a shit to listen to little guys like you talk about all the gear their running. You just look foolish.

Strongman challenge, lol. I never claimed to be a stongman, those guys put me to shame. I train for hypertrophy and and my lifts are where they should be at after 3 years. Yours suck balls after 13 years. Thats all im saying.

Like i said, im 38 and trying out for a semi-pro team next spring. Ill likely make it. Im stronger than the current guys on the team that play my position(safety, cornerback), as fast, and just generally in very good overall shape. Id ruin a skinny little douchebag like you on the field.

Yeah and you got to 170 with drugs so you started using them long BEFORE you hit your genetic max. Comprehende pablo?

The body produces what between 2-11 maybe 13 mg of test a day in the morning. I have listened a lot as a have a lot of knowledge of what I'm doing. I waited 8 years before I started a cycle and the results were good. I was in a car accident couldn't train for 2.5 years lost everything I worked for was lifting 5-10 pound weights for 2 years then slowly made it to 20 so that can tell you how hard I've worked. Have done a few anavar only cycles after that along with some m1d now I'm back to where I was. I am taking this cycle for the benefit of the deca if there is any for joint pain, the tritren because it keeps you lean and hard and the test because its the base. Test only cycles I have done and they are not that keep able everything i have in this cycle I see as keep able weight with exception to the test.

With your strength training routines I find it very hard to believe your numbers and don't believe them. You do not have the a heart big enough to keep that pace. Its either one or the other you have big muscle and little cardio or normal lean muscle and great cardio. You can't have both. Big beach muscle are only that. They may be intimidating but they serve no purpose in fighting or endurance.

With drugs Ive been at 190-195 before just couldn't keep it. You have no idea about lifts or bodybuilding in general if you think everyone should be watching what they lift. Everyone trains for a different purpose not just to be able to lift heavy you moron so who cares where your lifts are at. I guess your an offensive lineman.

Whatever guy. I just learned quickly from my mistakes and i dont waste my time anymore in the gym. I only lift 3 days a week, my workouts are less than an hour, ive learned how to eat and what my body likes and i get plenty of sleep.

I ran test/eq/dbol 1 time and it was a mess. The test was fake or underdosed, the EQ made me paranoid, and the Dbol bloated me up like a cow, and i felt like shit and had ED probs. So i decieded from then on I will never do a stack like that again. 2 compounds max and no more than 750mgs a week of gear total. Other reason is because im a minimalist. We dont knwo the long term effects of steroids so i try to use as little as possible. Like dante said, if his 335lb boy can gain off 750mgs a week of test, why do i need more than that when im 135lbs smaller than him?

That good buddy you got to 180 then started gear 5-10 pound more than me. Right on now your 195 good accomplishment. Pretty ironic lol

I had low test, it went downhill quickly for a variety of resons. I hit a wall and i took a bloodtest to figure out why. Shit happens when you get older. youll find out. Yours will probably be fucked before mine was though since you started 10 years before me.

If your training to be an athlete...I don't even know what you training for you're all over the place. Your training is for a power lifter not a football player.

The last time I did a full cycle was a long time ago my friend. I had no problems but it was not keepable. I don't plan on doing cycles for the rest of my life the last 2 were anavar for 1.5 months thats it thats all. This will be the last for a long time also because I plan on keeping most of it.

and the last thing to add everything doesnt work for everybody i do my own thing listen to my body and thats how i train quoting with someone else does means fuck all to me i'm not him

This is too funny. Estray, winning in the special olympics with this guy isn't really a good thing. btw, nice deadlifting...somewhat of a narrow grip i think.

Anyways. Mr.Prodigy...you come asking for advice but can't humble yourself enough to realize all that you've read or used in practice may not be correct.

I did not read all that crap you've rambled off. I only know you weight about 170 and want to get to 185ish. You need to lift HEAVIER weights and EAT more. It's really that simple. You don't need to follow some stupid crossfit training platform. If you really want to gain weight, listen to the advice. If you're at 13 years and still wondering how to gain weight, you've been doing something wrong for quite awhile.

i'm 220ish, maybe slightly less now that i've cut back on my diet. i'm about 10-11% bf. You know how much cardio I do? NONE.
You know how much circuit training I do? NONE.

I lift heavy, 3-4 times a week and that's it. With strength comes size, with nutrition in order.

I don't really get what you trying to do....even if you do gain 10+lbs on that cycle ( way to much gear anyway ) then you will only lose it as your day to day diet and training is for that of a much lighter person...

decide what you want to be in life and stick to it...you can't have alot of muscle and eat and train like an female aerobics instructor.

Youre right, i dont usually get roped into long drawn out battles like this one. lol. Theres plenty of good advice in here from everyone, what hes chooses to do with it is up to him. This will be my last post in here.

Ya think my grips too narrow even though those are sumos? If i go wider it seems like my hands hit my legs but maybe ill give it a shot next time and see how it feels.
