i trained chest today brothers and my joints were killing me!! i dont know what it could be from...the lack of dbol maybe? i take my glucosamine plus msm, flax seed oil, fish oil, and my multivitamins. didnt train to heavy today but i still killed it!

I actually did my cardio today and it sucked!! I did quads twice on saturday and now I am really regretting it, but I want big legs so I just got to suck it up. If I wanna be bigger than Hurt than I have to keep killing it!

quick update... down to 220. still trying to decide if im going to do the branch warren in july. if i am i need to start getting my ass into some serious shape. i have been doing cardio twice a day. 30 minutes in the morning and 30 minutes after my workout along with glutes and abs. i need to find a prep coach soon
