I like to use fitday dot com. It's free and it's awesome. put all your food in there and it calculates all your daily macros.

sorry guys i havent been on logging as much. i havent seen really any increases in weight or anything the last few workouts but today was shoulder day and it was amazing guys!

Im finally sitting at 230 and i cant get my freaking legs into any pair of my pants or shorts.. feeling huge!!
 
just thought id give yall a quick update! i am no longer on the dbol so i can say my back actually felt pretty good today while doing deads! haha
my weight is still a good 230, the best 230 ive ever been at, and i hope i can find a show around august or september...but we will see how it goes.

this is how the workout went today.

PD: 100x15, 140x15, 160x12, 180x12, 200x10

I didnt do my cardio today just because the gym was way too packed and I wanted to get out of there so I could eat. Nonetheless, it was an amazing back workout and I feel stronger everyday. We will see what happens to my numbers in weight and training goes without the dbol.
 
i trained chest today brothers and my joints were killing me!! i dont know what it could be from...the lack of dbol maybe? i take my glucosamine plus msm, flax seed oil, fish oil, and my multivitamins. didnt train to heavy today but i still killed it!

sorry i havent been on in awhile brothers. i havent noticed much in the past couple weeks as far as strength gains or weight so i didnt think yall would care to talk about anything else! im still sitting at 230 and as far as soreness after workouts i pretty much dont have any about after a day, and im one of those guys that can keep a body part sore until i have to hit it again a week later. ask me questions if you guys got any!

ive really been busy trying to find a dang prep coach! i want to do the branch warren in july so i can give my friend a run for his money!

quick update... down to 220. still trying to decide if im going to do the branch warren in july. if i am i need to start getting my ass into some serious shape. i have been doing cardio twice a day. 30 minutes in the morning and 30 minutes after my workout along with glutes and abs. i need to find a prep coach soon
