I am gonna try the FST-7 Squats like you did on my leg workout this week. I have done them on leg extensions, but I imagine hitting them on squats has got to be killer. Thinking of maybe hitting them on the smith machine.
I normally train legs all together hitting quads, hams, and calves. Do you feel you get a much better workout for the groups breaking it up?
BTW, this cycle is something I look forward to trying after I get through a couple cycles. I am definitely following it.
Yea I did my fst-7 squats on a smith machine..id be dead if i did those free weights at the end! lol
Well I hit calves twice a week with other bodyparts. And I split up quads and hams because my hams needed desperately to catch up to my quads and after quads there is no way I can give my hams any justice.
