My S4/GW Cycle Log (Sponsored by Sarms Search)

So, I'm taking today off from the gym. I'm pretty sore in my chest and back, but it's a good soreness. I'll hit shoulders tomorrow.

Just an fyi: I ordered 2 more bottles of GW and 2 bottles of Ostarine. As soon as I get it I'm gonna turn this run into a triple stack! It broke the bank, but F-it I'm hoping the results make it worth it.
 
So today was supposed to be a day off, but after work I stopped and bought some Hyde preworkout powder and wanted to try it. That shit had me so cracked out I could hardly stop moving!

I did shoulders and started with seated DB presses. I did a warm up set with 50's × 20 reps. Then did 70's for 15 then dropped down to 60's for 2 sets of 8. I was only resting 45sec between sets.

I followed with 3 sets of side lateral raises, 3 set's of front raises and 3 sets of scare crows.

I didn't like the Hyde it completely cracked me out and I couldn't concentrate or stop moving. I'll take tomorrow off or maybe just do cardio.

O.k. check this out! This is pretty crazy, but you want to talk about placebo???? So lets go back about 13 days........I was the last one to reply to psizzle to be a logger. She agrees on hooking me up with GW and S4 as I'm trying to recomp and lose fat. Keep in mind that I have no experience with SARMS until now. Product shows up and I look at it. One bottle is clearly marked S4 and the other has a few letters and some numbers (some of you can guess where this is going by now), so I ASSume it was the GW.

I have been taking both products for 13 days now. It seems as though every workout got better and better. Today's workout being one of the best which I will get to in a minute. Since starting the SARMS I thought (I said thought) I was seeing increased endurance and have been going balls to the wall and ending workouts with 30min of steady state cardio. I was enjoying this feeling, so much that a few days ago I decided I wanted to turn this run into the "Triple Stack"!

I ordered some Ostarine and another bottle of GW, so I could run S4, GW and Ostarine for a full 8 weeks. Today my Ostarine and GW arrived. I opened the package excited to take a hit of Ostarine and begin the "Triple Stack". Low and behold I see the numbered and lettered one and think to myself.......self that one is the GW, so open the other one. Well the other one said GW-50 right on it and then it hit me!

I've been on S4 and Ostarine for 13 days!!!! All the while I was thinking I had all of this increased muscular endurance, but it could have all been in my head! Crazy shit huh? Honest mistake on their part, but yeah they sent me Osta instead of GW! Now the problem is that I have too much Osta and not enough GW. I'm sure we will get this squared away.

So I'm taking the day off tomorrow and hitting legs on Saturday. That will be the first official day of the "Triple Stack" and the first official day of taking GW!

Now onto my workout that I just finished up. It should be noted that I have not done a dedicated arm day in years due to injuries and tendonitis. I was able to do an awesome arm workout today and I attribute a lot of that to the fact that I am now on TRT and I'm sure the SARMS are helping as well.

The Workout:
45 sec rest between all sets

BB curls 4x20, 15, 8, 8 (just 75lbs, but by biceps felt like they were going to rip out of my skin!)
Behind the neck Tricep press 4x25, 20, 15, 15 (100lb DB)
DB curls 3x20, 20, 20 (30lbs)
Rope pushdowns 3x20, 15, 15 (I don't even know what weight. I was going by feel)
DB preacher curls 3x20, 20, 20 (20lbs)
Reverse grip one arm pushdowns 3x25, 15, 12 (20lbs)
Burned out my biceps with some two handed cable curls.

I felt like an animal in there. I had some serious blood running through my arms. I was looking pretty jacked for a minute. It was a nice feeling :)

I emailed sarmssearch customer support and asked them if they can switch today's order of Osta for a GW instead. Hopefully they catch it before it ships.

In the picture I posted you can clearly see that the two bottles on the right still have the seal on top and the two on the left do not. I've been taking the 2 on the left haha.
 
Also it should be noted that since I thought the osta was actually the GW I've only been dosing it at .5ml, so basically 12.5mg per day and still feeling results.

you couldn't have asked for a better product mixup lol. Osta is the KING of recomp. With the triple stack the results will be astonishing.

also another "term" for osta is MK-2866. But hey now you know and it worked out for the best.
 
So today I'm taking the day off, but I just wanted to mention that I felt a little leaner this morning upon waking up. Now I have no hard evidence that I am any leaner, so take it for what it's worth.

Looking forward to hitting legs tomorrow. My legs have some catching up to do.
 
I also wanted to add that I'm not a very veiny person. Partly because I'm not the leanest of guys out there, but all day today my veins have been visible. It's pretty cool if you ask me haha.
 
I'd also like to add...although you weren't using the GW yet...a bad ass effect of osta and s4 is strength, also with the possibility of endurance as well. So it may not have been in your head. With the crazy strength increases you get from these two Sarms, you're gonna experience some endurance as well.

Now that you're gonna add GW to make the famed triple stack, you're in for some fun. :-)

Yeah I'm a little ignorant with SARMS, but I'm going to be educating myself over the next 8-9 weeks or so. I can't wit until the morning when I kick off the "Triple Stack" and hit legs. My legs are a body part that I have neglected. Especially when I was younger.

I'm the same way. My upper body has always been easy to build. But because of my horrible knees my legs are never big. :-/
 
Ok woke up this morning and took all 3 SARMS and headed to the gym. I started with squats. I have been doing 3 sets of 8 with 225lbs previously. Today I did 4 sets of 10 with 225lbs with 1:30 rest between sets. I was about 90% recovered after each set.

Then I moved over to leg presses and threw 8 plates on it and did 3 sets of 15. Then I did 3 sets of 12 on leg curls and 2 sets of leg ext to failure. I did 4 sets of 15 calf raises and then walked on the treadmill for 30min keeping my heart rate @ 135-140.

I know it doesn't sound like a killer workout, but my legs were toast afterwards. Now I need them to adapt and grow and see what I can do next week. I'm going to try a little more weight on squats next week to see how I do.

"Triple Stack" is underway!
 
Another good workout today. I did back today. The gym was pretty crowded, so not the order I wanted for my exercises, but still had fun in there.

I started with wide grip pulldowns- 4x15 10lbs
Hammer pulldowns w/underhand grip- 3x12 90lbs ea side.
Bent over barbell rows- 4x12 125lbs
and seated close grip cable rows- 4x12 160lbs
 
So I hit chest this morning and decided to start with BB Bench presses. I've been doing DB bench for the past couple weeks, so I wanted to see where I was at. The last time I hit BB Bench I did 225x12, 8, 8.

This morning I started with a warm up set 135x25, then went straight to 225lbs for 12, 12, 12 and finally a set of 8. Dropped the weight to 185 for 8 and then 135 for 8. My pec tie in started to nag a little throughout, but I know my limits in my old age.

I followed up with some decline hammer strength bench presses 2 plates each side 3x15.

Finished up with 4x15 on cable crossovers with just 20lbs.

I also did some seated calf raises 4x15 with 50lbs. Working the muscle not bouncing it up and down like most people. Then 30min steady state cardio.
 
I did shoulders this morning. For the first time in over 2 yrs I tried BB shoulder presses. I started with just the bar to get a feel for how my shoulders would hold up. Felt ok, so I threw some 25's on and did a set of 25. Once I got some blood in there it felt good so I took off the 25's and threw on some 45's. Proceeded to do 4x20, 15, 15, 12. I had a huge pump by then and was stoked that I was able to do the exercise. Another small victory for me.

After that I did 4 sets of 12 seated side lateral raises with 20lbs. Last set was a drop set 20lbs, 15, 10.

From there I did some hammer machine shrugs 5x15 with 3 plates on each side. Trying to feel and contract every rep. Not the infamous bounce you so often see. Followed that with 4 sets of 12 cable front raises 20lbs. Drop set on last one. Finished up with scarecrows 4 sets of 12 with only like 10lbs.

Didn't have time to do cardio this morning, so I'll probably hit it this evening. Feeling really good on this stuff. For the first time in my life I'm not letting ego get in the way. I'm older and wiser now and keeping my injuries at bay is my main priority, so I can continue to train.

Any and all feedback or suggestions are welcome here. I don't have many if anyone to talk to about this stuff, so it would be nice to hear a comment or 2 once in a while. I feel like I'm talking to myself most of the time!

Maybe my estrogen is too high right now? Haha
