nope, haven't tried low bar....
it's funny because.. i can do front bar squats, perfect, my form couldn't be any better... but once that bar hits my back, i'm all over. straight fucks me up. i think i'm gonna have to spend a lot of time just fixing this, it's nothing that will be fixed over night.
I wouldn't worry about it. Not to be sexist, but I'd say the smith machine should mainly be used by women or people with some sort of injury. If you're a guy doing the smith machine, I'm going to have to say you're a pussy lol. Same goes with machines...
