i was supposed to do biceps today but i really felt shit in the gym and just didnt feel the pump at all..its not that this is the first time in my gymming career that i have not felt the pump , but today it was terrible.. i was curling 80-90 lbs dbells and instead of getting the pump, my brachi muscles were looking sucked up...
is it loss of concentration ( thnx to university load) or something related to hormones,etc or lack of motivation or soem curse
