my worst ever day in the gym...

i was supposed to do biceps today but i really felt shit in the gym and just didnt feel the pump at all..its not that this is the first time in my gymming career that i have not felt the pump , but today it was terrible.. i was curling 80-90 lbs dbells and instead of getting the pump, my brachi muscles were looking sucked up...

is it loss of concentration ( thnx to university load) or something related to hormones,etc or lack of motivation or soem curse :) ??

plz suggest me some good online links.. i want some pep talks (bodybuildign related) ...

Shoot! You are only curling 80-90lb dumbells huh!?!?!? Maybe that is the problem! I though I was doing good doing preacher curls with 105 on the easy curl bar! Man, bro I sure wouldn't be too depressed if I was up to using an incredible weight like that for sure!

The dude is probably right though, probably you need a week off.

drink mo water. this happens to me all the time. I didn't use to drink much
water, now im sure to get a gallon or more a day.
 
Im only at 74 :(

Anyways, bro shit happens eather take a day off (nothing i would do though), or check up on how youre food was, water intake and sleep the day before and youll probably see why the workout sucked.
And if youve not restet in over 12 weeks then its most likely time to take a whole week off.

Judging from your pics in the pics section you are not curling the 90s properly unless you ment 90 barbell.
 
Some days when I'm just not feeling it I just leave the gym. Today I was planning on setting a new bench PR (345lbs), as soon as I lifted 225 for a warm up I could tell I was having a bad day, it felt very heavy for some reason.

Needless to say I didn't get the 345, I dropped down to 295 to begin my regular workout, and I struggled to get 2 reps up (last week I got 5 at that weight, and it was easy). That told me right there I don't belong in the gym today, so I left
 
yeh i did curls with 90 lbs dumb bells not barbells.. :( but its ok bro , i feel good now ..
