Naposim looks so real???

I got some Namosim from Turkey. It looks like another picture posted on another thread and most all of you said it was real. So my question is dosage..I took 20 mg for 5 weeks and got no results. What is a good dosage for this stuff. I'm 43 and 5'7 weigh around 190 lbs. ( Ranbaxy - Terapia )
