"Due to unfortrunate events with the foreign postal service that were out of our control, and until recently, uknown to us, many packages shipped in June and July have yet to arrive. We have taken efforts to resolve this issue and believe that a solution was recently reached and were assured that packages were in route to their destinations. Because of this, and our desire not to let any further customers down, we have decided to close our doors until we are sure that our service is able to once again function at the level that everyone has come to expect from us in the past. Once we see that all outstanding orders have started to arrive, then we will open back up with a new and improved serivce, product line-up, and delay free shipping service. We apologize for the inconvience this has caused and vow to take the steps necessary to prevent any such occurance from happening again in the future "

Guess it depends on the person. My order was marked shipped on July 18 and it showed up in just a hair over two weeks.

Everyone needs to do research. Some companies are known for having delays that last a month. Others have fantastic track records. You should know what your in for before you order. My last order I placed on Monday, received on Friday. There are companies that deliver fast, you just have to look.

Such a broad statement as well. Could be 101 things that are going wrong. Maybe someone is catching on. Maybe postal workers are stealing as that is no secret with any postal system.

My Order shipped in late May and still nothing. But Naps has always come through and I have been through some long waits in the past.

Mine was shipped on 6/22 and still not received. I have not been locked out of support as they've been answering all of my questions pretty regularly. I've never had anything take this long from them. Sure I'm a little concerned now but NAPS has always come through in the past so I'm giving them a little bit longer before I write them off. I have no reason to distrust what they are telling me at this point. Shit happens sometimes.

Nah its not more than I can write off and I realize its not B-12. But It was a first go with them and false info was given about date shipped etc and it was starting to seem out of place. Very broad explanations were given and any other site i have ever used has never taken 60days. But it makes me feel a bit better to know others are in the same boat and trust naps still.
