they reship with a pic happened to my buddie 2 bottles of tren e broke he didnt have a problem other than the fact that they take forever to ship

You can avoid broken vials if you individually bubble wrap each vial.

Shipments get mishandled by the Mail service all the time, trust me I worked for a major carrier for many years, I would see how shipments would get mishandled & thrown around all the time..
It's not Naps fault, I know of members that this has happened to & Naps has replaced the vial with no problem... They are having a religious Holiday now, so their response time is going to be affected by this.
But they will come through.

The Cyp u received is a long ester, for it to work on your body takes time Bro.
Let me see if I can get a hold of a rep to take care of your problem.. But please understand, the vial braking in transit, has nothing to do with Naps...

It's not the fact that it was broken that i am upset.. Not at all!
I am upset wit how under-dosed their producthas become. I'll elaborate:
I started a vial i purchased from a friend (domestic Test), thinking my order would have came in by the time the vial finished. Well, it came 2 weeks after last pin. I figured i pin right away. I did pinned 500mg the same day i received, and 250mg 2 days after. My issue is that i am losing weight? So I feel as though this Test is under-dosed. Not to mention it's as clear as water! Im pretty disatisfied with Naps as of now.. I'll keep everyone posted on outcome.
Also, for the record, the other Test I injected looked similar to Tren; wit that piss looking color.
Send an email direct to support@napsgear.net if you have hotmail,msn, aol or yahoo (sometimes) you wont get there response. Check your spam and you can always log back in to the support center to view responses. They will reship what is broken without a problem, just supply that pic and your good to go.
its clear from the oil type that has nothing to do with being underdosed, how the hell do you think you will know its underdosed from two pins, even short esters you wouldnt be able to know that for atleast two weeks.

The fact that your loosing weight has nothing to do with the Cyp..
Many factors could come into play here
Diet, training, etc
the color has no relevance to the potency of your test... remember this is an UGL.
If I were u I would check you diet, I guarantee you, this weight loss has to do with your diet.
