Need advise guys!

Am 51 y/o., 6'0" 195lbs. Lifting quite a while. Have 90 winstrol 50mg pills and test enan. for a 12 week cycle. What's a good cycle, for me and have novadex for post cycle therapy (pct). Any ideas? Thanks for the help man.

Week 1-6: winstrol ED 50 mg
Week 1-12: Test E 500 mg EW
Nolvadex pct: 40/20/20/20

winstrol is junk....if your gonna use it then take it at 15mg/ed to lower shbg otherwise its just gonna fuck up your lipids and give you joint pain. run your test at 12 weeks at 500mg every week.

Nolva isnt enough for pct unless you are using triptorelin (unproven as of now)

you should get some clomid and run it at 50/50/50/50 and nolva 40/40/20/20
or just skip the nolva and get toremifene 60/60/60/60
