Need help with PCT.

currently running:

500mg Test E (twice a week for 14 weeks)
100mg Tren Ace (EOD for 8)
2.5mg Letro (ED) mild case of gyno

Couldnt find Human Chorionic Gonadotropin (HCG) for the life of me.


Stats: 5'9 180lbs

My PCT idea was:
Clomid 150/100/100/50/50
Tamox/Torem 40/40/40/20/20
ZMA
Tribilus

Anything I can do to improve the post cycle therapy (pct)? Any help is greatly appreciated!
 
The post cycle therapy (pct) is right on point from my perspective. I hate Clomid so I don't use it but I do use a similar post cycle therapy (pct). I do Nolvadex 40/40/30/20. I only my post cycle therapy (pct) for 4 weeks. I do recommend Human Chorionic Gonadotropin (HCG) but since you acted like an idiot and didn't get it before you started your cycle nothing you can do now. (I am only kidding bro I know somebody on here will give you the riot act about it so I had to say it.) If you can stand clomid I would use it. It messes with me is all.

Other things you can do to help your overall well being is to hammer some fish oil. It is good for your joints, skin, and cholesterol. I also take some creatine when I get off. I don't know that it really works but I find it helps me stay a tad bit more full. Again this is just personal preference.

Be careful with letro. I took too much of it or took it too long and got the nastiest case of the flu while on it. I mean nasty. It drove my estro down so much it lowered my immune system and I paid for it.

Lastly don't forget to start your post cycle therapy (pct) about 18 days after your last test shot. You could do 15, 16, 17, or 18. I always start it on my 18th day after last test E or C pin.

I'm curious as to if you ever get gyno from just test only. Or if you get gyno from tren. Remember tren gyno is from progesterone. I never have any luck with letro as far as that goes. I know some do I am just saying it doesn't do much for me. I find when I drop the ACE the gyno goes away.

I didnt get any gyno on my first cycle of 500mg test a week for 10 weeks. Then got a little on my 2nd cycle of 500mg test,400mg deca a week and 50mg dbol a day.

Tren seems to be giving my the gyno. Letro will lower the progesterone as well so I've been taking a hefty dose.

I currently take animal pak and fish oil as well as protein and creatine post workout. I feel great.

cycle exp:
1st: 500mg test for 10 weeks
2nd: 500mg test for 12 weeks, 400mg deca for 10 weeks, 50mg dbol for first 4 weeks
3rd: 500mg test for 14 weeks, 100mg tren EOD for 8 weeks, 2.5mg letro ED.
 
On that cycle make sure you train heavy. I get my best gains from tren when I force the muscle t grow. I get real strong on tren. I would also look into caber or prami.

Like I said I think metro can be a tad evil. Keep up the hard work.
 
I've been training pretty heavy, Man tren isn't for everyone :whipping: I seem to get pissed off at the smallest thing, I've never had that before. I also sometimes get raging headaches for no reason. I'm not 100% if its the tren but i'd say so.

But damn the gains are worth it. I'm strong as an ox.
 
Tren can have that effect on people. I get a little paranoid on it sometimes but I just back down the dose. Remember you need to find the sweet spot for gear. Sometimes you can back down test 100mg and gyno and bloat will go way down. Its all about risk and reward.

The headaches are from dehydration. I know I know you are drinking lots of water...trust me it aint enough. I do the same damn thing and increase my water and they get much better. Remember tren does make your BP go up so that is also a side from it. Increase your hydration and it will be better I promise.

I would drop the pretty out of heavy and hammer it. Do a bunch of singles and doubles on your compounds. I just started training agian from an injury and after 7 weeks I am almost back to form. On a bench day I will do this.

warm up with some lightweight bullshit like 225 for 20 a couple sets.

Then go
275 x 6
315 x 6
365 x 5
385 x 3
405 x 2-3
455 x 1

Then work back down to 315 for 8-10 at the end. Lifting like this helps me grow and I feel like if I get strong I have no choice but to get that dense hard muscle.
 
Just left the gym, did back and bi's. I went pretty heavy and feel great. I've been trying to do light weight and perfect form lately but after a few sets it just doesn't cut it.

I know damn well I don't drink enough. I've heard of dudes pissing brown on tren they drink so little. That'd be a wake up call. I'll try lowering the test 50mg a week to see if the gyno symptoms subside. You think it'd be okay to drop it 50mg and just add another week or two of test to my cycle? I'm not sure if there is a cut off where the test effectiveness goes down, I heard something a while ago but can't remember.
 
I really don't think the test is giving you gyno. Sounds like it could be the tren. I wouldn't back off the test. Keep you Aromatase inhibitor (AI) up and look into prami or caber.

When you do you "other lifts" I try to stay right at 8 reps with all working sets. Like 3-4 exercises 4 sets of 8. I usually only get 4-6 on my last set. I try to stick to the red faced method. It means if my face isn't red at the end of the set it doesn't count.

When I am off cycle I switch to more reps less sets. By the way I am 6'2" 262 lbs sitting about 10-12%. I'm a little soft coming out of golf season. Like I said before I hurt my left pec so it messed my training all up. 7 weeks back and I'm getting strong again!

Keep training heavy and keep an eye on the gyno. Do a bunch of research on trenbalone gyno.

Look at vitamins b6 and run a low dose of t3. That helps with prolactin. Prami or caber are the keys to the kingdom.

I am on week five of basically the same cycle. I am starting to get absolutely amazing gains, I am running aromasin instead of the letro though. I also am not running an Human Chorionic Gonadotropin (HCG) because my source does not have one.
 
I just Picked up some B6. going to run 600mg or so per day to see if the puffiness on my nipples or the small lumps go away. I was reading horror stories about prami and ar-r doesnt have caber so i'll give the b6 a shot.
