need to make 2016 olympic team

so you have four years to train perfect and create the perfect diet to become and Olympian....theres your answer

Sounds pretty cool. Welcome to Ology. First off what are your stats? Age, height, weight, bf%, and years training

Stay focused. Create a game plan. Set goals. Don't let any outside life distractions get in the way of what you are doing.
Be eager and cool about learning things. Take what's useful, don't use what's not.
Get people behind you that believe in what you are doing. Try as hard as you know you can.

I wont be doing any big events for the next few years, so i wont get tested....I know there are others in my sport that juice during the off seasons.

The only thing i would be ify on would be deca i heard it stays in your system for awhile. but im not 100 percent on the subject.. any know is this true?

ok so i dont understand. you have four years and you rather do a steroid? DUDE if you cant reach your goals in FOUR years i honestly dont believe you deserve it. Research diets and training programs. Mastering those will help you achieve your goals.

if your were already in the olympics you already have the skill and the right to be there naturally. SO change up your diet constantly, get in touch with the MOD 3J on this board and talk to him about your goals im sure he could help you. DIET is the KEY that opens the doors in this game. Whether your on or off cycle. Also it helps to change training programs frequent so your body doesnt get use to it.

This is one of the ONLY times I totally disapprove of anabolic androgenic steroid use.

For most Olympians, they have been training for more than 10+ yrs in their discipline. I suspect you're approaching 10 years now per your report of starting in high school (~age of 15; and you're 25 now). The average male's lean body mass hits its peak at around age 32. Let Mother Nature take its course before you try to fix something that isn't broken.

Did you see the post in the other thread on steroids & collagen about how you should avoid sudden quick bursts to lower the risk of tendon rupture? I admit that I haven't assessed the validity of any of the statements made--but at the least, it should make one stop to think about what they are getting themselves into.

Lastly, as many others have already stated--the WADA has some serious skill in identifying those who think they can outsmart them. Just reference any given year of the Tour De France, and you'll see that even with the most carefully crafted attempts, someone ends up getting caught.

If you choose to compete in the Olympics with questionable use of performance enhancing drugs, consider the consequences of getting caught and what that means for your life after sport.

You're a DAMN liar. You were 17 years old in track and field in the TWO THOUSAND AND FUCKING FOUR Beijing Olympic Games?!?!?!

Well for one thing...Beijing didn't have no FUCKING olympics in 2004. That was Athens, Greece. So yeah, you might have went to China to play with a bunch of asians but it wasn't for no mofucking olympics.

SECONDLY, You would have been 17 years old in the 2004 ATHENS, GREECE OLYMPICS IN WHICH YOU DID NOT ATTEND.

The average age of the track and field members at the 2004 Olympics was 26.8.

You're such a bullshitter.

Just admit you're a scrawny murfucker who wants to inject steroids for no other reason than you're lazy. You're no Olympian. And never will be. Looking for steroids proves that. Oh wait...Mrs. Jones is that you?

Nobody appreciates a lying S.O.B. Your credibility is now in the negative.
