okay I wasnt really tired, just really really busy with new job, young kids, generally family stuff, gym, etc. But I am doing a show in 3 weeks so thought I would throw up a few pics that I took
These ones were taken on Oct 31, 3 weeks out
according to the gym scale my bodyweight was 210lbs at 5'8"

these ones were actually taken a week ago at 4 weeks out, didnt take many on the 31 so thought I would post a few from last week
as usual my back looks like I am doing a human sponge impression till about a week before the show

I'm at 15 currently, havn't run a cycle YET. Looking to get up there someday. Your looking great bro, I don't know what you were saying about your back it looks fucking WIDE!
