haha very true. thank goodness for the gf, idk how but she's managed to deal with me for over 4 years now haha.

anyways... as far as today goes i'm still feeling good. i've got a lot of adrenaline and it really carried me through my workout (i don't know if this is an effect of the transaderm) but i remember after coming off hella i felt burnt out and it sucked (could partly have been the clomid). now i can work myself up and get some damn good sets.

I keep making progression week by week and everything just feels good.

overall there are a lot of confounding factors, but i know that this stuff makes me feel good and that in its self is worth it.

we'll see if it "kicks in" and gives me some extra poundage or recomposition (either would be nice) :spin:
 
no real aggression issues... I've always kinda been more aggressive but its definitely not been out of control.

i feel good aggression at the gym, maybe thats what i was talking about instead of adrenaline. I was able to work myself up and get some real good sets yesterday on bench without a spotter (oops).

so far so good still.

I have trouble getting angry at the weights sometimes lol. But man, if only they make computers that looked like weights :smashcomp :uzi:

Because these things on the other hand can drive me insane.
 
test is great for agression, but what alot dont understand is agression IS NOT ANGER, if you have anger issues thats on you, not the gear.

good point. aggression is where I've been feeling it then. Anger level is normal (...i guess? lol)

anyways... thanks to my dumbass roommates I'm coming down with a cold. best part is they won't let me fucking sleep and had a party last night so i got a total of like 6 hours of sleep. which is very little for me. hopefully tonight is better.

as far as the trasnaderm goes, i've been on a slight cut and i've noticed that my weight is going down (sitting at 187 as of yesterday though it may be mostly water weight fluctuation) and i'm leaning out however my lifts are not suffering and are actually consistently getting slightly better. definition is starting to show in my chest. i'm happy with the results thus far.

Can't wait to use this stuff as a base for a ph cycle. :dance2:
 
i can definitely tell libido is up and i feel great in the gym. still fighting the cold though. I can't wait to get in and hit a good back workout tomorrow. I may be noticing some of the leaning effects. I'm starting to look better and gaining definition. probably a combination of the transaderm and my diet as I have really cleaned it up in the past 2 months.

Not sure if its the cold or not but after reading robbiek's log I have noticed too that I get more full faster. its slight but where as i was downing 2 chix breasts and 2 cups of WG pasta easy a few weeks ago, I have to force it down now (i'm leaving about half a cup of pasta uneaten). It may just be the cold though... it started a few days ago.
 
even with the cold i'm still able to get good lifts in the gym. weights went up on my back workout yesterday and i'm ready to get in the gym tomorrow and set a new PR on bench :)
 
Ntbm has it all bro. Good products at a great price. That's just my opinion. Their protein and meal replacement sections are the shiznit.
 
Alright... So good news and bad news. Bad news first - no PR in the gym today. Good news - my lifts haven't dropped off since I've been sick for the past week. So all in all I can say I'm happy with that. I expect forward progress next week though!
 
legs day today... glad to say squat was up and i drove out some good sets. I also did some sumo deadlifts for explosion/speed to work my hams - i was breathing hard like i just sprinted a few miles. quite a workout... added in leg presses to fail at the end and that combo had me laying on the ground after. but hey, whats a good leg workout if you don't feel like vomiting after?? :naughty:

no aggression issues as of late, though i did get pretty pissed at the chick who kept changing the radio in the gym... but i just went and got my iPod and kept cranking out my sets.

loving this stuff so far and will get another bottle to keep it going and run through my cycle thats going to start mid-november. hopefully it will help me keep my libidio while on and keep making good gains.

to sum up - lifts are up and i feel good.
 
been a few days... basically i'm down a few pounds still (186) and leaning out a little. though my lifts aren't going up anymore. I know this is because of my diet, I'm restricting cals a bit. A part of this tho is i feel like my appetite is being suppressed some. its hard for me to get my "normal" amount of food down.

things are still going well, I'm feeling good. almost raged on a car salesman today for bullshitting out of his ass. I'm an offroading fanatic and this dumbs was talking out of his ass about a vehicle they had on the lot. I didn't correct him and he kept going - by the end i wanted to punch him in the face. /endrant.

agression was down a little in the gym today, not good for my sets, but still got a good pump and felt good overall, maybe today was a good time to start a de-load anyways. I haven't had a light or off day for a few months.

sorry for the lack of good description, everything just feels *GOOD*

i can definitely tell i'm leaning out. my veins in my hands and forearms are more pronounced as well as the definition is coming through in my chest.

very happy with the effects solo. less than a month before i start my next cycle using this as a base, then we'll see if this can live up to its potential :devil2:

Overall, I am glad to see you are getting some good results. Being sick SUX and it def can set you back, back only temporarily. Some of the best workouts i have had were actually when I went into the gym feeling like junk.

Anyway, Transaderm is a solid product and I continue to look forward to your results. 8 weeks should rock..
