New gear, new goals, new log.

What I like to do is make a stir fry with whatever you want/need in it. Could be brown rice, or any other low GI carb. Put in your protein, veggies if you like. Make enough for the day then just throw it in a large container that you can put in your bag. I just carry it around with me all day, heat it up if I want (sometimes just eat it cold) and that's that. Eat every 2 hours or whenever I get hungry.

I ended up packing a couple tuna sandwiches on wheat, which works but isn't exactly ideal because I am trying to split up fats and carbs. I was thinking about picking up some waxy maize starch. Is it a low GI carb?

Good luck with the no cardio thing. I tried to stick with that when I was younger, but its just SO much easier with a little cardio!! I can eat more, have more carbs so Im stronger, and get the heart benefits. I do 25 minutes first thing in the morning before I eat or 40 minutes at night about 4 times a week.

I'm not afraid of a little cardio. I just think it's a long ways away from being necessary for my goals at this point in time.

Sounds good outlaws I'll have to give that a try. What do you cook it with, oil, soy sauce?

soy or water/spices...it actually taste good if you use a variety of flavour-ful veggies

ba haha, this is the most ridiculous thread i have ever seen.

Hey Lift good to see your cycle log again...and some pics! Props for uploading.. takes guts, I'd def add in some veggies and cardio..I also take vit sups but nothing makes me feel healthier then some good high fiber vegies and cardio..it gives you more energy and makes you feel a fuck load more healthy and with cardio you can eat more carbs and avoid alot of the flat feeling you get while cutting! high fiber vegies also help you shift all the meat out your gut.

For meals at work or away I take my evening meal and cook 4times what I need that night with shit loads of chicken and brown rice with veggies and soya sauce/sweet chili sauce/Worcester Sauce ( tastes delicious and with all the the sauces no oil is needed ) throw them into 3 tupperware containers for each meal and then throw that into small cool bag that fits in my ruck sack....lasts all day and can be eaten cold or heated up in a microwave.

something like this

very retarded to be cutting and do NO cardio...

If you paid attention you'd see he wasn't cutting. This is a re-comp cycle. I have no doubt that through proper diet and training one could lose a good amount of BF without any cardio, even if that wasnt' the case it's at least a good look to follow. Now if your trying to get sub 10% BF% then that's a different story, depending on your genetics. I can't remember who (I know it's one of the more aesthetic bbe'rs) but I know of at least 1 pro who does no carido until 3-4 weeks before - and only 30 mins/day.

hell I added up my cals burnted while working out and then while doing cardio....cardio=50% less then working out

Cardio is great for stress relief and a healthy heart but not essential for fat loss

IIRC its a very high GI carb, assimilated faster even than glucose.

Regardless, he'll get there faster if he does cardio. Probably doesn't want to do cardio since he isn't dedicated enough though.

Geeze Answer it doesn't take a rocket scientist to figure that out... I think lift is pretty dedicated but as far as I understand it he's a powerlifter so may have different goals...
