Hey stink great to see you in here. How did that cycle you were planning end up?

I'm two weeks in thus far. I'm going to keep with things as planned and then add the tren at week 4-12. This will be a controlled bulk ;)

How much weight are you planning on dropping?

Regardless, he'll get there faster if he does cardio. Probably doesn't want to do cardio since he isn't dedicated enough though.

What will happen if I do cardio is I will drop weight faster, and have less time to recover. My metabolism doesn't need an extra boost to drop weight. To say that I'm not dedicated because I make a calculated decision not to do cardio is just you being an asswipe.

It's more about how I want to look than an exact poundage I'm shooting for. So at this point I'm playing it by ear, long term I'm willing to lose as much as I have to in order to get reasonably lean.

So far so good. I've yet to cheat once thus far. I made a revolutionary discovery yesterday. I can eat oats without turning them into oatmeal, which makes for much more efficient eating, and now I can transport them anywhere. This will help me a lot. I weighed in about 300 on my parents scale and 298 on the scale at my school gym so I've lost at least a pound or two. Otherwise I feel great, and I noticed I didn't get tired during my workout tonight nearly as much as normal.

Tonight's workout upper body hypertrophy

Incline bench

185 x8 225 x8 275 x8 315 x7
Cable flyes 80 x8 100 x8 120 x8
Cable rows 200 x8 250 x8 270 x8 300 x10 (haven't gotten to do these forever)
Lat pulldown 200 x8 250 x8 300 x8
Cable lateral raises 40 x8 50 x8 60 x8
superset w/ DB shrugs 100's x12 x12 x15

nah, erectile dysfunction from running equal amounts of test/tren...j/k

yeh, i was refering to the every day injection...from what I read and hear, it does make big difference for some people. My next round with be prop/tren, respectively 75mg/50mg ed for starters...

So far so good on the sides, I get the occasional heat flash and some extra sweat, and it has been a little harder getting to sleep. Other than that It's been all positive, and no erectile dysfunction :) quite the opposite.

nice, i'm mostly interested in your strength gains. I hope to see the inital poundage and the aftermath, and then what strength you maintain in the weeks after as when you come off i'll be going on.

Tonight's workout: lower body strength

Front squats 135 x6 185 x6 225 x6 275 x6 (belt only)
Back Squats 315 x6 385 x8 (belt only)
Weighted Crunches 3 sets
superset w/ calf press 3 sets
Zottman curls on an incline bench 30's x8 (per side) 40's x8 50's x8
superset w/ one arm cable pressdown 3 sets 80, 90, 100 x8

Brought an energy drink to the gym only to realize it was "low carb" so I had to buy a gatorade and get myself some sugar, after that everything felt much better.
