New gear, new goals, new log.

Did something a little different today. Injected into my vastus medialus. Was painless and went very smooth. Hopefully I can add this site into my regular rotation of vastus lateralus and calves.
 
Upper body hypertrophy -

superset w/ db shrugs 130's x10 140's x10 150's x10 - arms were so pumped I could barely shrug.

Feeling pretty superhuman at this point.
 
not to sound bad, but do you bring your DB to your chest level on the inclines? I see guys in my gym grab big DB and do partials, possibly for prevention of tearing pec/skin area. Just curoius.

Still, nice work on them....I'd be shaking like a fucking epileptic kid as I lowered them for one without a return trip up.
 
I go down till the dbs are an inch or two from touching my shoulders. With my long arms thats quite a bit of distance to move. I don't believe in doing half or partial reps.

I decided yesterday that I'm done cutting. These last couple weeks I've not been able to bring myself to restrict my diet as much as I was, and now that I've got the test going I can't help but want to put on some clean muscle and keep hitting pr's. So the plan for now is finish off the test I've got and make another order to cruise on. I'll be sure to post when I'm actually changing dosages. I'll post up the shots I took a couple weeks ago tomorrow, and then in a week or so when I run out of Winstrol (winny) and tren I'll post some more.
 
I can't say anything bad about it, but it didn't give me a whole lot either. The main things I noticed were some slightly increased vascularity, a little bit of visible difference in the muscles and I got a noticeable energy increase in the gym. I'm tempted to say this stuff was underdosed, but I'll just have to wait until I run it again.

Nice job MOM...your traps actually look a lot bigger now that there's more seperation between the delts. Looks like you didn't lose much muscle at all, just cleaned everything up. Exactly how it should be.
