My cutting is now finished. For further details on that see post #512. Stats are 6'4 a little over 300 in the first pic and right around 265 in the updated shots. Thanks for the encouragement.
 
Tonight's workout: lower body hypertrophy

db lunges 50's x24 65's x24 75's x24 - ouch
standing calf raises 3 sets x12
superset w/ hanging leg raises pulling legs all the way to chest 3 sets x10
cambered bar curl 90 x10 x10 x10
superset w/ seated overhead extension w/ cambered bar 90 x10 x10 x12

Wanted to do some leg extensions or something after the lunges but my legs were just done. Maybe I shouldn't have gone hiking before the workout.

Today I developed what I believe is the flu. First day of school, started out feeling a little queasy like my breakfast was slow to digest. Only had one class today, and when I got done with that I headed to work. My stomach started hurting very badly once my breakfast digested, so I ate some chicken and oats, but that didn't do any good. The pain just got worse and worse until I had to leave work. On the way home I puked into the tupperware I hold my chicken in while driving on the freeway. I spent the rest of the day puking up everything that touched my stomach. I went over 12 hours without actually getting any food down :( Somehow I managed to get to sleep and upon waking I am eating a little and so far so good. I would really like to lift tomorrow but I'm thinking I should just take the day off. We'll see how it goes.
 
yeah, take the day off...won't hurt ya as you know...if your stomach is up to it, just rest and eat on your day off from the gym...

still thick and large, but not nearly as smooth...very clean wt loss.
 
Fought the urge to lift yesterday and took the day off. Stomach was still feeling a bit queasy. Today was back to 100%.

superset w/ db shrugs 75's x15 then 45's x15 no rest x3
 
Wow dude, the progress you have made is incredible judging by the pics you posted several months back. Keep up the solid work MoM.

calf press 3 sets x15 x15 x20
superset w/ decline crunches 3 sets x20
reverse curls 60 x15 70 x15 80 x15
superset w/ dip machine full stack x20 x20 x20

Hopefully I'll get some final progress shots tonight.

So after the Winstrol (winny) is done is that it for this cycle? Didn't I read that there's Test in there also? If so, how much longer for the Test or are you staying "on", i remember reading this also....talk to me goose, what's up?
