So what's the total drop in weight, I seem to remember you being 300 at the start ? If so that's a 35lb drop which is pretty damn good!

How much % do you think you have lost in muscle 50/50 ?

If I'm 265 now, which seems about right, that puts it damn near 40 lbs lost. I'm really starting to feel small now, but basically I have the proportions I had at 230 now at 265 so I feel pretty good about that. One thing I have learned about myself (or I guess I had forgotten) is that my waist is naturally very small, and one thing I have to accept is that when my waist size has decreased so much I"m not going to be able to move the same amount of weight. For example, I have dropped 3 rungs on the lifting belt at the gym and now the lowest rung is too small, and I've had to switch belts. Also I'm down two belt loops on my regular belt and the lowest rung is too small also :laugh3:

As far as % muscle lost, I really don't feel like I've lost any, but logically speaking I must have lost some because if it had just been fat I would be more towards 8% right now instead of 11-12%.

Have no fear there will be plenty of pics, but not until I'm absolutely certain I'm done taking fat off. There's already a significant amount of improvement from my "midway" set, and I'd like to see if I can chip away just a little bit more of the abdominal fat. Plus I need to work on my tan, I haven't been in the sun for a couple weeks.

Also of note- given the extreme amount of activity and stress I was putting my body through last week I stopped controlling carbs about thursday, and have been eating prettymuch whatever I want since then. I still appear to be getting leaner every day. I'm going to continue this until I see some visual change, I think my body needs a boost.

Took some new shots this morning after railing my girlfriend and I must say I am pleased with the results. I'm tempted to throw them up now but I really think I can get things a little tighter if I wait 2-3 more weeks.

First time back squatting heavy in a while. I set out for 8 reps and got 8 so I'm happy.

haha I did the same thing after railing my girl, I then spent more time looking at myself then her... she wasn't impressed :insane2:

I realized this is an optimal time to take pics, you wake up as dry as you're going to get and then have immediate sex to get the blood pumping. I'm going to start planning progress pics for morning sex.
