you may have posted this already but you seeing any sides off the tren? I'm looking hard at this for my next cycle. Btw strong lifts Lift.

BIGFOOD

I'm not getting bad sides like a lot of people seem to. Insomnia has been a bit of a bother but really it's just a little bit harder to get to sleep and once I'm sleeping everything is normal. A slight bit of grumpiness here and there, in response to things that would normally make me agitated such as, hunger, lack of sleep, stress at work, etc. Overall it's been a breeze so far.

100mg EOD. That should last me roughly 8 weeks. What do you think?

BTW nice fuckin numbers bro.

8 weeks will be a good run in the middle of a longer cycle. I hope the strength gains continue now that I've upped the dose.

Upper body strength

Bench 225 x5 275 x5 315 x5 345 x5.5 couldn't quite get the lock on the last one
Rows 225 x5 315 x5 345 x4 then my back tweaked and I had to stop, even with a belt on
Had a mini-mental breakdown because I felt like my back wasn't sufficiently worked
HS rows 3 plates per side x25
HS military 2 plates per side x6 3 plates x6 3 plates +35 x8
Seated db shrugs 100's x10 x10 x20
superset w/ forearm work

Very pissed about my back, I am going to have to alter my training for a while. Tomorrow marks 3 weeks into my diet. It seems I've stopped losing weight. The gym scale had me around 295 and my parents scale has me holding steady around 300. I will give it one more week as things are and then evaluate whether or not I want to cut more carbs.

Just out of interests sake why risk injurys with extreme weight ? Do you feel you won't gain unless you push it to the limit ?

I think you also mentioned before you have another injury your being careful with ?

I'm always extra, extra careful during a cycle so I don't get an injurys, the risk of blowing my cycle which I spent months preparing for seems to high....

Not only do I need strength gains to build muscle, but I fail to see the point of lifting if you aren't pushing yourself. It's just what gives me personal satisfaction.

how fine is the line between an injury and strength gains ?

Once you get to a high enough level it's pretty fine. It's hard to explain my ethos to someone like yourself who believes in the exact opposite. You like to look pretty but are literally afraid to get stronger while I think being all flow and no show is laughable.

Back felt pretty fucked up today. It's the same old muscle strain I've been battling for two years now. I had a lot of soreness today especially in the morning, moving from prone positions to standing is not fun, I can even feel it while I'm walking. No big deal though just need to rest it up and I'll be good as new in no time.

Are you refering to your ethos of no cardio and risk of injury ? I've tried to see your point of view but in all honesty is sounds reckless and destructive to your body...your opinions as always are arogant and flawed, you believe your size and strength makes you invincible but when you are injured you become as weak as a baby.

I've never been injured from training EVER and I have a resting heart beat of 40bpm... when i'm 40Years old I'll run rings around you...so we will see who's laughing then... :afro:

If you were standing next to me you wouldn't be bigger.
