still feelin good? What are you doing as far as your post cycle therapy (pct) and diet? How's your freakish strength holding up? :afro:

Just recieved half my shit yesterday but won't start back up for a week or two..
 
PCT has been 40nolva 25 aromasin eod. Strength is not bad. Of course it's down, but you can see the workouts, I haven't lost too much steam. Diet has been 4,500-5,000 lots of clean food but not regulating things too strictly. How long have you been off?
 
been off 5-6 months..had to cut the last one short, I believe I gave you the run down on that with the elbow injury..got an update for ya..pm shortly.
 
Ran some sprints with the puppy at the park today. Have not run in over a year.

Lower body strength
stiff leg deads 135 x10 225 x6 315 x6 405 x6 (loose belt) 475 x7 (belted) - started going a couple inches lower than I normally do

Nah it's not so bad. Once you're on the other side being off doesn't seem so terrible, gives you lots of reasons to feel good. It's actually coming off thats the hard part.
