hi everyone. just wanna say hi , some time ago there was a board I really liked to go to - Musclezine - because was one of the coolest, but one day it disappeared. this one here must be just as good, (seems for the first sight, just run over it)coz I see exactly the same members .anyway, Ive been working out for a while, mostly a reader not much of a poster, but will try to contribute.
