Hey all, I hope this is in the right area as I didn't see a member intro thread. Just want to introduce myself.
I'm 20, been lifting since I was 15. Started off at roughly 310lb and started lifting to lose weight. I'm at 198lb currently. I've undergone multiple surgeries to correct distended skin after the weight loss and for gyno. Now, I'm looking to bulk up and learn as much as I can about nutrition because I'm working towards a nutrition based career. I've gone through a cycle of test in the past before I was really ready for it and I won't make that decision again until I'm physically ready for it. Anyhow, enough with the jibber jabber, looking forward to meeting you all and definitely learning a wealth of new things. Thanks for reading
