Ok guys this is it. Post up your favorite bridge aas to keep them gains going while on your off cycle so ur ass dont end up looking like bieber on crack :flipoff:
 
If one person can list a a true bridge besides a testosterone replacement therapy (TRT) dosed cruise i will be shocked.
 
I'll post mine first. I usually like bout 10mg dbol ED . Thinking bout switching to some primo twice a/wk . Heard it does wonders since its pretty anabolic w/o the estrogen sides .
 
no such thing as a bridge. you're either on or off. even 10mg of Dbol is ON. And pretty much useless IMO.
 
So wat do u do when ur off to help basically?

Here are the keys:

1. Solid post cycle therapy (pct) to include Human Chorionic Gonadotropin (HCG) before the start of SERMS.
2. Bloodwork to ensure test levels are back to normal.
3. If they are, continue to do the following:

a. eat big. can be clean or a little dirty, but keep cals higher for at least a few months until you feel back to 'normal'
b. train like a beast. adjust only your volume during post cycle therapy (pct) down a bit, but keep the intensity high.
c. STAY OFF THE FUCKING SCALE.

The majority of the reason people fail during post cycle therapy (pct) and beyond is due to lack of mental fortitude. Yes you will lose some weight, but why fuck with your head by seeing an actual number. technically when you lose water weight you should appear tighter, but if you get on a scale and see a 10lb weight loss, that won't matter in your mind.

the other thing that plays a huge role is how you eat and train DURING the cycle. If you eat crappy and lift like a girl, even if you make gains, they will be gains based on the gear, and not on hard work and proper nutrition. This plays a huge role in what happens after your cycle, and helps when your body is trying to head back to stasis levels.

thats why i said this. just as RJ has stated. no such thing. follow the instruction he has take the time to lay out and there you have it the real and only BRIDGE. is a natty production of test and food to grow.

during post cycle therapy (pct), and the entire time im off until next cycle, i'll take tbomb and tribulus every day.

Yea dude i do all the above that you've stated here but the thing is i tend to mind-fuck myself. All goes well with the cycle and i put on size like no other then when the cycles over ... I see that my weight is goin down and so are my bench . it really fucks me up so then i tend to go with low weight high reps cause it throws my confidence out the damn window but i still eat clean and shitloads just i tend to which after im off the cycle to low weights/high reps

A weak mind is nothing we want in life, especially when it comes to getting big. Thats just something you need to overcome. Taking gear is not the answer as your basically just staying shut down.

yeah, i should have added peps as a good post cycle therapy (pct) and beyond addition. Your not shutting down your HPTA, so technically GH products are a bridge in a sense. IGF-1 to me would be the best case IMO.

Now to the people saying there is no such thing as a real bridge that bull shit. Yes there most deff is.

1. Sarms!!!!
I do not agree that they should be used during post cycle therapy (pct) however they will not shut you down ether.. One should first fully recover from his cycle first and then after this he can start taking sarms along with bridge .

This will not shut you down any at all and would even cause androgen receptor up regulation among other things. Add in some N2guard for health support and be ready for your next cycle at lot sooner then before..


2. Peptides and or Growth Hormon.

THese are oustanding little creations that can help one maintain muscle mass during that between cycle time and not shut your hpta down in the least bit. Toss in some Bridge from needtobuildmsucle. some creatine and you are golden..

No steroids!!!! are not a bridge, but I am sorry there is hudreds of other ways to put together a effective bridge without the use of steroids... Thanks guys good to be able to come around today..
