Ok guys this is it. Post up your favorite bridge aas to keep them gains going while on your off cycle so ur ass dont end up looking like bieber on crack 

no such thing as a bridge. you're either on or off. even 10mg of Dbol is ON. And pretty much useless IMO.
So wat do u do when ur off to help basically?
If one person can list a a true bridge besides a testosterone replacement therapy (TRT) dosed cruise i will be shocked.
Here are the keys:
1. Solid post cycle therapy (pct) to include Human Chorionic Gonadotropin (HCG) before the start of SERMS.
2. Bloodwork to ensure test levels are back to normal.
3. If they are, continue to do the following:
a. eat big. can be clean or a little dirty, but keep cals higher for at least a few months until you feel back to 'normal'
b. train like a beast. adjust only your volume during post cycle therapy (pct) down a bit, but keep the intensity high.
c. STAY OFF THE FUCKING SCALE.
The majority of the reason people fail during post cycle therapy (pct) and beyond is due to lack of mental fortitude. Yes you will lose some weight, but why fuck with your head by seeing an actual number. technically when you lose water weight you should appear tighter, but if you get on a scale and see a 10lb weight loss, that won't matter in your mind.
the other thing that plays a huge role is how you eat and train DURING the cycle. If you eat crappy and lift like a girl, even if you make gains, they will be gains based on the gear, and not on hard work and proper nutrition. This plays a huge role in what happens after your cycle, and helps when your body is trying to head back to stasis levels.
Yea dude i do all the above that you've stated here but the thing is i tend to mind-fuck myself. All goes well with the cycle and i put on size like no other then when the cycles over ... I see that my weight is goin down and so are my bench . it really fucks me up so then i tend to go with low weight high reps cause it throws my confidence out the damn window but i still eat clean and shitloads just i tend to which after im off the cycle to low weights/high reps

hgh but that's considered still on. I do it year around. I also do Human Chorionic Gonadotropin (HCG) a little longer than most after a cycle. Works well for me and I keep most of my gains from a cycle.
I bet Precision or needto has a really swell product that will cure all these kind of problems
