overtraining after 72 hours of rest?

I Do tries and chest every monday. I feel like I can do Chest and tries on thursday again. Im on a cycle now and I get around 350 - 400 grams of protein a day plus I use some suplements. Would I benefit if I do chest 2and tries 2 times week? Or is it just overtraining?

My routine for chest and tries.
Flat bench -
185X 10
185X 10
265X 5
295X 3
315X 3
325X 3
345X 2 I Finished my second rep barly with no spot.

Incline bench
225x till I fail
225x till I fail
225x till i fail
Dumbbell flys
2 sets 10 reps each
Close grip 3 sets of 10
pull downs 5 sets 8-10 reps

Can I do this 2 times a week if I feel like im not sore is it overtraining?
 
Thats the way I did it a few years ago and I wouldnt really be sore but I was definetly overtrained. I wasnt on a cycle though. Having much better results going as hard as I can during my 3 days.
 
too much. though I like your numbers in bench..cut it down..maybe this like..

345X 2 I Finished my second rep barly with no spot. (and this will end your career fast..always have a spotter standing beside ya all the time...can't be too sure)

2 sets 10 reps each
Close grip 3 sets of 10
pull downs 5 sets 8-10 reps

i'm not quite a fan of pulldowns..but cut that down to 2 sets with 8-4 reps and hit it with a set of hammer presses.

you don't do shoulders on chest/tris days I suppose..hence the uber volumes..

but if what you're currently doing works..then have fun ^^

only one wa to know for sure. try ity and see what happens.
 
if you wanna bench 2xw try a lower end day and a top end day. pause work one day and board presses, rack work or bands the ther day.
