Whats up guys? I trained quads about a month ago on saturday and when I woke up on Sunday I couldn't move. The doc said most likely it is severe nerve inflammation. I dont know if i can ask for a source but I would be really grateful if someone would PM me or something. I just want to be able to walk right again

Honestly, you can probably find a doctor to give you better stuff.

Prednisone is really really bad for the anabolic state, If you are still having inflammation after taking this, then you have a fuckin' problem.

Taking prednisone for a long period of time will cause cushing's disease...

Prednison also increases blood glucose levels, and will lower natural testosterone levels. I also had sever insomnia from it, and had a toxic feel after a few days.
