You will be fine. Guys have run cycles for years without hcg. That's why we do a post cycle. Human Chorionic Gonadotropin (HCG) helps to keep the testicles active while using AAS and can help give them a kickstart. The serms then help force your body to start naturally producing test again.
Did you do a proper post cycle therapy (pct), and are you having any problems? I dont think I'm understanding your question. Are you simply asking if doing a cycle causes permanent damage to the hpta? It's possible but not likely. This is why it's advised to get blood before and after to see if you have fully recovered.
Also when testicles atrophy it can effect sperm production and if shut down long enough, could cause long term damage but you have just done one cycle so not much to worry about. It's best to take precautions.
So I think to answer your question, you should be fine but blood work is the only true way to tell and use Human Chorionic Gonadotropin (HCG) for further cycles.
