What's your take on him and his willingness to admit and be so open with his AAS use. I personally like the guy and he gains my respect for making videos like this. For one he isn't bullshitting saying he is natty and he does this show with ric Drasin which he tells some very informative info.

I respect him for it for sure. His series with Ric Drasin is pretty informative, though a little old school on some of the practices.

Cool guy...wrong about a lot of stuff. I watched multiple videos. He is correct about some stuff, but other things he is way off base.

I really enjoy watching them myself, rich is a damn cartoon character big, straight freak

I guess my opinion won't be very popular. Frankly, I think he is an embarrassment to the bodybuilding community. Unfortunately many follow bodybuilders for their sheer size. Rich Piana, in all of his videos, has never actually discussed any worthwhile detail regarding the topic at hand. He gives very broad statements and 'street talk' that are indicative of an uneducated man. Ill advice spews from his mouth like there's no tomorrow. I feel really sorry for all the young folks that follow his lead.

His views on training are fine, but his asinine theories on supplementations, hCG and other cycle-related compounds are out of this world.

This man is not knowledgeable, and neither is his coach/buddy Ric, who is still stuck in the early 70's. Failure to stay scientifically up to date is not an issue, happens everyday. But promoting irrational theories meanwhile, is unacceptable. Both of them should be ashamed of themselves. Either of those 2 fella's would buckle and collapse in the presence of a knowledgeable individual should they be questioned.

You're so critical of them when they've achieved more than you ever have or will. Look better than you too. Since you're mr know it all, let's see your physique with all the bitching you sprew out of your fucking mouth.

I've stated before, I don't show pictures because I've covered in pigmentation from head to toe. Several folks have seem my pictures in private. I think you're upset because I've pointed out your lack of knowledge in several threads, which was not personal, I just wanted to make sure folks are advised properly.

Thanks for the opinion.

Everyone is entitled to there opinion and give there 2 cents. I do however appreciate the fact that he is willing to talk about it in the public eye without being ashamed or embarrassed of his use. Ric, without question is stuck in the 70's and can't I think may have an obsession with arnold lol but seems like a great guy and like I said I enjoy there interviews and look forward to seeing more.

I have to agree with Austinite on this. Sure Rich is entertaining; but he's telling folks not to take adex, forget HCG on cycle because "all it does is tells the testes to turn on", experiment with orals mid-cycle, folks that big can come off testosterone for months at a time, and bloat can be eliminated with diet. Some of that stuff just had me shaking my head to be honest. But then again, I'm just a guy on the internet. :p

I'm not a professional body builder nor do I have sponsors or a youtube channel. I have science and an actual understanding based on medical knowledge as Austinite does. It doesn't require a sponsorship or a youtube channel to know how aromatization works or the fact that there are other sites in the human body that react to an LH signal (that's what HCG does) such as the adrenals. As a testosterone replacement therapy (TRT) patient, I can't imagine coming off testosterone because my body has somehow built up an immunity or tolerance to it. I guess that means normal guys need to cut off their nuts and sew them back on right?

Oh, and do I spy synthol on that right tricep?
