Hello my name is michael, im no dick lol just a nice guy. Im a former addict and ive been clean for a while. Dont worry im not gonna get hooked on gear. Im 5 10 and 188. Before the holidays I was down to 168 running 3 miles a night. I wanna be ripped but not jersey shore guido ripped. And im from nj lol. I uploaded some pics to show you look. Im not fat or like real skinny but I wanna be cut. I know its all about dieting but also I have hep c which im getting cured on the 17th. So winny im like really toxic about that. On the other sites all I her is this test 250 e. Like thats what the deal is. I have my source and im ready. I have not real bitch titties but I did do decca a couple times. I love veteran advice. I hate little dickheads who come on here like making fun of people. Im 36 and have a script for my test already but also like hgh im so confused on the amount of shit there is. I will be cured of hep so veterans only reply. You can tell when someone just knows what they are talking bout and I think I really need that. But thatnks guys for listening and thanks for the response if I get any lol

First off I must say well done on getting past your former addiction, that takes a lot of effort!

Secondly, taking just your weight and pictures into account I believe a good diet is where you need to start. The majority of this forum will tell you that gear is the final 5% you need to get yourself over the line, but you have to have your diet (80%) and training (15%) as best as they can be first. From your pictures, your diet isn't close to being good enough and you aren't very muscular.

AAS aren't a magic pill that will overcome your body issues so I'd recommend you look into your diet and training first.

IF you want to ignore my advice and go for AAS first, then know you're setting yourself up for addiction to another form of drug as you'll see results and it'll all be steroids. You'll get into a positive feedback loop and you'll want to keep using.

Most first (real) cycles are Test E or C at 500mg a week. That's enough that you'll see gains without over complicating things. You'll need an AI and a proper PCT protocol. If you don't know what those things are then you have a lot of reading to do!

Welcome to ology! whats your workout routine like? whats your diet like? how long have you been working out?

Your totally right but I go to meetings and I will not get addicted to gear. My liver is already in harms way. Well before the holidays I ran 3 miles a night and was down to 168 and gained almost 20 lbs from the holidays. My training starts on Monday it's gonna be cardiovascular mostly because I have no cat to get to the gym yet. I use my app and I was up to 3 miles which only burned 391 lbs averaging 5.8 miles and hour. Thanks for replying and trust me I live in jersey and the bulky juice heads out here turn me off. I rather be skinny and ripped. I'm looking at the paleo diet or whatever diet.to start me off

Say if I couldn't get to thee gym and we're to run 5 miles a night would hgh help me at all or test?; I mean I'm close to getting a car. It's just a queation.

Given your liver problems I highly recommend that you stay away from AAS for now. Let your liver recover. The gear and ancillary drugs that one uses on a cycle can be hard on the liver. Plus you really can make some great muscle gains / fat loss by just getting your diet squared away and hitting the weights. If you can't get in the gym now start doing pushups and other similar exercises at home. Just need to be a little creative.

^^^This, Id also, once you are cured of hep and clear of all medications you have been on, get blood work done to ensure you are healthy and adjust thingsif necessary to get you body functioning efficiently again man. Then Id get your testosterone checked and go from there. I personally wouldnt jump on any gear right off the bat, it might cause issues you never new you had to get even worse. Im not saying there are issues but you want to do this the smart way and get it right the first time my man.

congrats on overcoming your addiction .
It seems to me like you are looking for a quick way to gain some muscle and change your physique.
Steroids are not the answer for that my friend. at this point as previously mentioned you need to focus on your Diet, getting bloodwork done aswell as other tests (mentioned your liver) steroids are toxic lets not forget and you need to look after that liver.

Build a strong foundation, Lower your body fat percentage, make sure your health is all in order.

Building a strong physique requires hard work, Time , discipline and dedication, there is no way around that.

Goodluck

In my opinion steroids are just as addictive as any narcotic so dont under estimate how addictive having a insanely great physique can be. I would recommend getting your liver in good shape first off and then sticking with your perscribed testosterone at the right dosage for at least a year and then when your around 10 to 15% body fat look into adding in maybe some primo or something thats not toxic on your liver. Being on steroids and maintaining a great physique is extremely hard the steroids dont make anything easier except recovery and that still depends on your diet and life style. I really recommend staying on your doctor perscribed testosterone for a year before adding in random stuff from labs that could be giving you a different steroid than you asked for it happens alot.

I think u still have a couple years before steroids. For us addicts the gym can be a healthy addiction, which is good. I know it saved my ass thats for sure. Anyway, The feeling u get alone from testosterone is very beneficial in our situation, thats what ive found. Its like the best anti-depressant in the world. So thats something to look forward to. But still, work on it for another couple years...

Brother at he ripe ole age of 26 I said the same thing you did. "I'm not ever going to be hooked on gear". Well 14 years and numerous cycles later, along with alcoholism, pills, and strippers, I'm your example, of taking things to extreme. It's never enough, if you have an addictive personality, which I do, and am betting you do.... I've been huge as fuck, cut as fuck, then fat as fuck, All because I'm an addict. I had to stop, take months to allow myself to completely detox. I was blessed enough to have people in my life to allow me to go thru all phases, and realize you have to be comfortable with who you are. Brother if you are in this for health, great, if you are in it for vanity, great, but if you are considering gear, then treat it like any other drug. KNOW what you are getting in bed with. Walk quiet and carry a big fucking stick. And remember, regardless of gear or not, KILL that shit daily.

Bloodwork

My doctor just wrote me a perscrption to check my test. I'm gonna do that and start running and dieting for now. I was 168 running 3 miles a night but now I'm 185 because of the holidays. Any diets I should know about? How's the paleo diet?

I m gonna run and diet with pushups and situps

gear

By the way I really hope u don't take all this in the wrong way...

I hope your familiar with the term

The theraputic value of one addict helping another is without parallel..

We are just trying to help[/QUOT

I have a routine. I just s
Don't have a car right now to hit a gym everydaym . I have my gear that's why I'm not taking it. Im just looking for a weight to get too then when I get my car I can hit the gym.

20lbs? I don't understand how someone gains 20 real lbs during a short period of time (not from gear). You literally had to stop all exercise and shovel into your mouth EVERYTHING and then some. I indulged right around the holiday, meaning the day of, a couple days after, a little bit around new years. I never went above 5 lbs from where I was and it was all bloating from carbs. I instantly went back down to normal weight within 2 days of going back to my normal diet.

And, if you didn't have the dedication to continue working out through the holidays, then your dedication is not there yet aside from your diet, and training. Get a habit built of actually training first while working on your diet. Don't mess with gear until you can hack not being on again off again at the gym.
