Pinnacle Still G2G?

Pinnacle is top of the line guys. I have run, and am running them now. Both injectables and orals. Customer service was perfect and professional, Shipping was fast and well wrapped.And products were top notch and smooth as hell. Will be posting and doing log on products.

Yep. They won't even stock the cheap stuff as a temporary fix. It has to be the best for them to carry it. I know personally that they will only use the strongest and highest quality raws .
 
I have personally corresponded with JB a couple of times this week. He's a good dude and promptly returned my emails.

I'll be doing a more comprehensive test in 2 to 4 weeks with actual numbers. Pinn is GTG.

+1- Same experience here, ordered Monday.. Less than 8 hours JB hit me up, had a question answered within 2 hours and my present was out the door that night. WILL be doing business with pinn again.
 
JB is as standup as they come.

He takes weekends off, but always responds within 24hrs (to me anyways) during the week and ALWAYS hits the delivery time.

BTW... he is 12 hrs ahead of EST so calculate that into your expectations. In other words, when I get up on Friday morning, he has already finished his day and started the weekend.

I agree. Only time it took longer than a day to hear back from him was when I emailed him on a Saturday go figure hahaha
 
I figure I should post this in the event this may happen to someone else. I placed a very small (trial run) order with Pinn. some time ago. Everything went smooth and great communication! Well, after patiently waiting, and waiting, and waiting some more, I e-mailed JB a couple of times and did a little research as to why I hadn't received my order. JB told me some strange things had happened and not to worry, "order will be delivered one way or the other". Ok, cool, I waited a little longer and after SEVERAL more days, I basically chalked this order up as a loss. At this point I'm thinking "oh well, no big deal, small order". Later on, I was out of town for a week and when I get home, I have a very small surprise in the mailbox. I was stunned!
I know we're not supposed to talk about shipping times, but I made two house payments while waiting on this order. Lol.
Moral of the story is, be patient in the event something happens. Pinn does what they say they will do and are g2g in my opinion.

Just wanted to chime in here and say they r top dogs around this bitch! My goods came in a very short amount of time. I also ordered my gear during a holiday week and still got it with in the excepted time frame they say. If that ain't service I don't know what is! Thanks pinnacle! Also just curious when u guys r gonna restock cuz I know there is a lot of us waiting for the good stuff!

Yes you do sir !! You helped me and I can vouch on that. As far as their products and customer service there is no question about it, they are the best. Have done few cycles with them and extremely happy. They are GTG !!
 
Just thought I should get back to you guys and say JB and Pinn has come through again. Love these guys and they will hve my business for the foreseeable future.
 
I'm a newbie around here, but hasn't taken long to pick up on pinn's great reputation. Gonna make a note of that so it's handy when I am ready to place my first order :yesway:
