Please enlighten me how you eat 4 pounds of meat per day

Please enlighten me how you eat 4 pounds of meat per day... i'm struggling to get in 2 pounds of solid meat a day plus some eggs and other misc proteins. TEACH ME THE WAYS! :)
how much do you currently weigh? gonna post up some pics?
Also, for any newbs reading this thread dont forget he's been researching these compounds for 20 years this is not something you should attempt at home.
 
I'm about 215-220 depending on how much I shit that day. I have no trouble eating 4+ pounds of meat per day. I drink 2lbs of egg whites per day too. I work with some really skinny malnurished people so I guess that helps too. The gf always gets on me for how much I eat and I'm "skinny" lol. She says if she ate like that, she would be huge lol
 
I doubt there are many here that consume 557g of protein every day in the form of meat. (4lbs = 1814g, 43g of protein in 140g of chicken breast, 1814/140*43 = 557.) Where did you come to such a number OP?

I can probably choke that down but I'm also a foot taller and 100lbs heavier than most. I can't imagine that being healthy for the kidneys, and the amount of fiber needed to push that through would have to be enormous!

DAMMM Tbone! for one thats gotta be expensive as hell and for two WTF thats 6 pounds of food just counting your proteins.
I'll knock out a protein shake when i wake up, 4-6 whole eggs in the am then have 6oz chicken and 6 oz steak together twice through the day then for dinner it's either 10 oz of beef or 10 oz of some sort of fish then another protein shake after i lift. thats about half what you eat and i maintain 190-195 through the week.

Oh and HW your a big mother fucker. what are you 6'8"? around 280? i cant say i've ever even seen a man that large in person.Tallest dude at my gym is maybe 6'3" and he'd blow away if you farted his direction.

I don't eat like that year round. Just during the work season. I have a physically demanding job so I try to get it in. Lots of chicken. That would also be uncooked weight. I don't eat tons of carbs. I eat every chance I get. I cut the chicken up into "nuggets" or strips so its easier to eat. I never really thought about how much it really is. I can go through 3+ gallons of water a day too. I guess that is crazy lol

Yeah thats pretty crazy for a dude weighing in under 220. But if your busting your ass all day i'd imagine your body would be begging you for fuel. i've decided to try and force feed protein to myself the next few months. going to shoot for 400+ then fit in carbs around my workout. I've never been a big eater and im also a slow eater so... it'll be a challenge! You gotta eat big to get big i guess!

Close, I'm 6'7". Remember, you don't NEED a TON of protein - and what your body doesn't use, gets flushed down the toilet, literally.

I think the current recommendation I keep seeing is around 1.5g per pound of lean mass for those with weight training as part of their lifestyle. 1g for the cardio people.

Not a clue how big MM is, but that's a shit ton of meat (notice how tbone was referring to raw weight too - that's a huge difference). . Maybe that's what MM was thinking of too?
 
If I ate like that in my off season, I would probably be 260+. Been there before. Didn't like it lol

I've only been getting maybe 200-220g a day and i'm 190-95. Currently lifting heavy 4 days a week and doing light cardio the other 3 days. the reason my gains have been stalled is probably due to low protein intake. I eat very clean but i just dont eat enough apparently. Starting monday i'll be shooting for 300g+ with low carb days. hopefully 100g a day from protein shakes doesn't make me to gassy haha.

i tried out oliver stars insulin protocol which calls for low carbs with 600g protein a day to makeup for the carbs that your going to need,and it was aweful. i lasted about two weeks and i felt like shit all day everyday, and was blowing these hardcore protein farts probably every 10 steps i took, i was also drinking upwards of 10 shakes a day, so idk why you would want to consume that much protein in a day i felt like i was dying, horrible abdomen pain all day

Probably just calories in general really. I'd add more fats in on low carb days to fill in what you're missing if protein doesn't do it for you. Although if you're bulking, I don't know why you'd have a low carb day. :p

10 shakes a day? That's disgusting! I dont take any shakes or anything like that. Just food..
 
8oz of raw chicken x 5 is about 200g protein..

thats still only 2.5lbs.. and we still dont eat that much because you have eggs for breakfast and whey for post workout.. so about 80-100g of my 240-300g protein a day comes from other sources..
