Just curious......if you make a protein shake at night and refrigerate it for the morning...........does anything happen regarding the quality of the protein when ingested into your body? I know this is dumb, but I get up at the crack and have a long commute........I usually grab a bar, but I want to start taking in something more substantial first thing.............and it would be so much easier to have it ready to go in the morning as opposed to making it then. What do you guys think? Besides the fact this is a pretty stupid question
