Popping the cherry!

I've only been on the letro for 4 days now. I've been eating a pretty good amount, I don't want to eat to much cause I'm starting to get a belly. Combating this with cardio and abs! If I had to guess my bf is around 13-14% and almost all of the fat is sitting on my belly. Run down of diet yesterday;
1. 1/2 cup oatmeal, 5 egg whites (drink raw), 1 1/2 scoop ON whey
2. 1 1/2 tiliapia fillets, medium salad
3. apple juice (PREW)
4. 2 scoops whey one apple juice(PWO, usually I have a banna but I ran out)
5. 1 1/2 tiliapia fillets, 2 slices whole wheat bread with about 1-1/2tbps PB spread on each slice
6. 2 cups skim milk, 3 eggs whites, 2 whole eggs (scrambled)
7. 1 1/2 scoop ON whey, 1 1/2 scoop ON caesin
 
Could I run it at just a really low dose? Like less than 1/2ml? I just don't want to fuck around with any possible gyno while on cycle. Noticing some increase in strength on some of my lifts, got up to 160lbs for two sets of x5 on lat pull down and 170lbs for one set x5 on row. Now that I post this I realize I did two exercises I don't normally do instead of two that I would of rather of done lol, does that ever happen to ya'll? I'll just have to hit it another time soon...Chest is sore but I got a feeling the soreness will be almost compeltly gone tomorrow.
 
yeh keep the intesnsity of ure training high. remember ure not a normal person working out anymore. ure using steroids! take advantage.

yeh i wouldnt take more than .5ml a day of letro. post cycle if ure still concerned then u can increase the letro back up.
 
Completed 6th injection about 30min ago. I think I'm starting to feel it slowly but surely....*knocks on wood* Today was my first day of injecting eo3 1ml/250mg hit upper outside of left quad. Going to do legs today. Got the grill on cooking myself 1 1/2 strips streaks and boiling some water for my noodles. I'm going to increase protein intake and carbs, drop the letro down to less than 1.25mg and will run that e03. I really hope this gear hits me like a fucking rock lol.
 
Hows your Libido bro and how much are you up on weight and strength ? I also got ahold of some Axi0 Test E. Hope its not junk as they have been good to me in the past. Good luck bro.

It's prolly junk bro....Libido is up(good sign), strength is coming and going. I ended last week with a heavier set of bench than I did today. Just completed 7th injection. Did about 1.7ml (what was left in the 1st vial). I'm noticing some difference in the mirror but that could be from my adjusted diet. I just expected to fucking explode with strength and gains and this and that. Did I get my hopes to high? Am I still in the "not fully kicked in yet" zone? I hope your test was better than mine bro. The two vials I ran were won in a contest, the other two I ordered I havn't touched yet, maybe their legit but w/e. Strange thing is the ID #'s on them were different in their ordering/pairing........But thats besides the point. I just want to get jacked and feel like I'm on the juice!


On a side note I would like to add that my first bout with I guess what could be classified as AAS was 2 1ttren(topical) cycles, which I made GREAT gains from(lots of strength, serious size, appetite). I've got some tren liquavade and a bunch of dienedrone that just came in today. I want to use them/incorporate but I don't want to do so if it would hinder gains I could of made on test alone, or waste them cause I'm on test anyways.

I have never had a problem with any of your first provider's gear. Have you contemplated contacting them with your thoughts? Their customer service is outstanding.

Hyde park is a private highschool I thought? Getting the carbs from the apple juice for pre and post workout. It's just sugar and tastes great. I've increased my protein and carbs some. In my post dinner meal I've been having about 4-6oz steak, 2 whole, 1 white eggs with salsa and some type of vegatable. I wish my Gold's had more than fucking 2 or 3 big dudes. I'm friends with one of them but majority of the time some dude I've never seen before will walk all over the floor thinking he's huge and he's the shit and I then I won't see him back in there for 2 months...

P.S. if the previous shit was legit then I'd definatly be feeling something by now, cause they were both Test E's. I ran the other shit for a while, and front loaded a couple times. Waiting for my ambro to kick in...I've got a good feeling about week 5. I "messaged" them about the problem, they told me they test everything but I called bullshit and they said no one had complained about it, I called bullshit again and then the dude said he was reffering me to his "manager" whom I havn't heard from yet. I probably won't either..

I don't have the #'s for the other two vials that were bunk cause I was so fucking pissed I smashed them....I can get the other other 2 vials if you want them that bad? Lol if your just going to check/varify them on their site there going to come up clean. Already tried that bro.
 
I had 2 things I wanted to comment on, cant remember one of them right now, but the 2nd one was about the apple juice. apples are the fruit highest in estrogen or raising estrogen. Id cut it out just for the fact it might add some bloat. just a thought
