I've only been on the letro for 4 days now. I've been eating a pretty good amount, I don't want to eat to much cause I'm starting to get a belly. Combating this with cardio and abs! If I had to guess my bf is around 13-14% and almost all of the fat is sitting on my belly. Run down of diet yesterday;
1. 1/2 cup oatmeal, 5 egg whites (drink raw), 1 1/2 scoop ON whey
2. 1 1/2 tiliapia fillets, medium salad
3. apple juice (PREW)
4. 2 scoops whey one apple juice(PWO, usually I have a banna but I ran out)
5. 1 1/2 tiliapia fillets, 2 slices whole wheat bread with about 1-1/2tbps PB spread on each slice
6. 2 cups skim milk, 3 eggs whites, 2 whole eggs (scrambled)
7. 1 1/2 scoop ON whey, 1 1/2 scoop ON caesin
