Did 4th ambro about 2 hours ago. From now on I'm not going to be mixing any of the other test with this ambro. Did chest two days ago, had lots of stamina, got burnt out a couple times but felt like I had alot left in the tank after sets. Been slightly hornier than normal, wanked it twice yesterday which isn't normal for me lol (flame on). Last two days I just havn't been able to take the late night hunger, I havn't been binging, I'm keeping it clean. I just don't know if it's the test talking, or my body getting fat. I've got some fat on the stomach that I'm trying to clean up with cardio and ab work. When I went to pin today I decided I'd go strait down rather than at an angle, HOLY SHIT! I got the needle about 3mm in and had to pull out shit hurt way bad! So then I injected at an agnle hitting the side of my quad like I typically do, but still had pretty bad pain. Wanted to give ya'll a little run down of my diet today;
BF;1/2cup oatmeal
1 1/4 scoop whey, everyday but today I have 5 egg whites to go with it, but didn't make it to the grocery last night
Lunch; 6-7oz. ground turkey, 1 1/2 serving green beans
PreW; several ginger snap cookies
PWO; 2 scoops whey, 1 bannana
Dinner; hit up red lobster, got a 1 1/4lb lobster, 1/2 snow crab side, one small patatoe
After dinner; typically I just have 5 egg whites, but last two nights I just had to eat, so tonight I had a 6-7oz strip streak and a salad
PreBed; 1 1/4 scoop whey, 1 1/2 scoop caesin
Hows the diet looking? I'll probably be doing shoulders tomorrow. Can't wait for this test to be in full effect.....
P.S. I'm having some kind of lower back issues, my leg routine today wasn't anything hawt, I'm trying to figure it out.....
