Just completed 9th injection of ambro. Great chest/arm pump throughout workout. Felt like on some of my sets I wouldn't be able to go up in weight and do the same amount of weights, but my body did otherwise. Ended workout with a great/sore feeling chest. Had another one of the super painful inj. that I had to pull out and inj. into another spot higher on my quad. Waiting on some meatloaf....going to fucking CHOW. I'll definatly be sore tomorrow, and if I'm not I'll know something is in the midst.....
