Problem with my program

I'm 6', 189lbs, Male and 34yrs old. I've been taking 1cc of Deca along with 1cc of testoserone once/wk for 11 months. The testoserone.......I switched from enanthate to propionate at around month 2 but have swicthed back to enanthte this week. I've lost most all of my fat but only gained around 15 lbs total. I started at (175 and now I'm at 189) Also, my strength hasn't moved for two months either. I work out alone mostly. This week I started to add 100mg/day of anavar to the 1cc deca and 1cc of enanthate to help me gain maybe 10 more pounds of muscle. Is this the normal result time for what I'm taking? I don't eat like a horse either. Sure eating 4,000 calories a day will help but I feel like ass when I do that and I'm totally unmotivated to get off the couch and get into the gym. I eat 3 large meals a day though. Not crap but potatoes, chicken and veggies. 2 moths ago I also started to take .20cc/day of HGH but havn't felt a damn thing. I still have plenty of Deca, Anavar, Enanthate and Supertest left but I would like suggestions on how to take this for maximum benefit. Any and all info is greatly appreciated.

1 cc means absolutely nothing, 1 cc of Test prop would most likely be only 100mg, and who knows what the concentration of your Deca is, it could very well be 100mg/cc as is most Human grade Nandrolone. Now .20cc/day of rHGH means even less, somewhat like your knowledge of what you're doing.


I could go on about how you need surplus calories to gain, and get into your training habits as well, but what's the point?

My suggestion would be to come off of everything and train naturally until you have at least a basic concepts of anabolics, diet, and training.
 
Matt: although rough around the edges, stonecold is right..
We really need to know in "mg's" what your taking Anabolic Androgenic Steroids (AAS) wise and hgh is usually dosed in units. Also, prop is fast acting and something you need to inject daily or every other day so if you were using prop at once weekly for 9 months, you really weren't getting enough test to do jack. ..and 1ml a week of deca probably wasn't enough either. 11 months is long "cycle" unless your cruising or on TRT/HRT.
 
I've always been lean but ripped and would like to add 20 lbs of muscle.
I used to eat like a horse, supplement myself to death. It put weight on me but not good weight. I was fat and bloated all the time. It also made me extremely lethargic. I've been working out for years but have had a neck surgery, back surgery and had both shoulders scopedso maybe thats why my training isn't up to the liking of stonecold. Regardless I push myslef to the limits and ass far as I can. Re: the gear.....Ive been taking 1ml of deca w/1ml of propionate but have switched back to enanthate this week. Mainly b/c I have better results with it. I've been taking 20units of HGH/ day and I understand that isn't much but I was taking it in low doses for health purpose, not to gain anything. I just thought I'd feel a bit differently after 2 mos. though. My two buddies had way better results and we used it the same way. They also told me they didn't do anything unusual w/ their diet as far as loading up on calories. I'm not a body builder nor looking to be one. Thanks Jayc for the info and StoneCold I'm genuinely interested in doing this the right way which is why I'm on here so please try your hardest to keep the insults to yourself.
 
20 units a day is not much !?!?!? Bro, your confusing me as well as others I'm sure! Besides....with all the surgeries you have had , I think it quite wise to go easy. Send me your gear and in return I will school you on how and when to take your gear. Eating 3 large meals ed is old school. I eat 5-7 times ed and that may work for you , or maybe not but try it with quality food........

Well, has anyone ever told you that you need to cycle Anabolic Androgenic Steroids (AAS) and not take it for 11 straight months? Also, you are not taking enough to even make a difference. As StoneCold said, the Prop is only 100mg and that isn't much more than your body would produce naturally. I think you have a lot of research to do before you continue using AAS. Save your stash until you have more knowledge of what you are doing would be my best advice. Also, you need to eat like a horse, you are not eating near enough to put on 20 lbs. of muscle. Now go and do some research young grasshopper.
 
ive never heard of anavar at 100mgs a day. dude that would be brutal not to mention completely pointless. Im sure you would see comparable effects at around 40 a day.
And you gotta remember youre up 15 lbs, thats not that bad considering you say you dont eat much and have lost fat too.

Truth is bro as straight to the point and as much as it can sting he's right. What you posted as far as the fact that you posted no mg just 1 cc which again like sc said tells us nothing just kinda proves how little you know and how not quit ready you are to use aas. Not to mention your hardly doing enough to do anything except to shut down your own natt test. And again you been on for 11 months..Don't you think it's time to get off now? Maybe you did see some small results at the beginning like you said but as of lately you have not and that can be because it's time to cycle off. There comes a point that Anabolic Androgenic Steroids (AAS) are not working you have become immun. and it's time to get off and clean out and get your body back to it's normal natt state.

Heres the deal. I know I know very little which is why I'm researching this here. A close friend had Deca and E prescribed to him through an anti-aging clinic. He was prescirbed to take 1ml of deca stacked w 1ml of e which and had amazing results. It was explained to me that this is a very mild way to take it and that it will give you resluts over a very long period of time. Not immediate. I took it the same exact way but with no way near the results he had. After I mentioned it to him he (who is a body builder) suggested the 50mg of anavar twice/day on top of the deca and E. I'll take suggestions and get off the gear and do more research. I'm starting my research here so any info is greatly appreciated from you guys. Thanks for all the info I've received so far.

Diet: Three large meals a day now. Quality food though. Up until 2 mos ago I made sure I ate 30-40g protein w/ 80g carbs every 3-4 hrs. Usually Tuna or Chicken w/ brown rice and potatoes. Quality food yes but high in calories no. I used mega mass before the gear that added 1850 calories to my diet but I was fat, fat, bloated and insanely lethargic so i quit and feel 1,000 time better now. I've always had an extremely fast metabolism and the more I ate the more hungry I was. My whole life people would watch me eat in amazement b/c I ate so much. Could never gain a pound but w/ thin skin I was always ripped.

I used to work-out hard 6 days/wk. After not seeing huge resluts I thought maybe I'm working out too much and not resting my muscles enough so I cut back to 4 days/wk weight training and mixed in cardio 2-3 days/wk.
 
In response to your diet section: People think they can stop eating and lose weight. Wrong! They need to eat to lose weight. Thats why I eat 5-7 times ed , to keep my metabolism racing. Starving = storing fat. Like I said earlier....try it. And my big question is...how have all those sugeries worked for you? Are you 100%? But your choice to stop your cycle and give your body atleast 4-6 months to get normal is a huge plus. Good Luck and keep lifting bro.
