question for some of the older vets.....

i lift weights 3x a week and do heavy mma training another 3 with 1 day off a week.

those workout days i'll have shakes before/after containing creatine, taurine, and beta-alanine.

on my day off i'll have a small dose of creatine.

is it safe to consume these substances for extended periods of time (6-7 days a week)?

stats:
age: late 20's
race: white :afro:
weight: 250

and i drink 2+ gallons of water a day
