Question guys.

I got that exact same pain when on sust/dbol/decca. And no the decca didn't help a damn bit. It helped my shoulder but the dbol gave me such wicked pains in my forearms it was insane. I'd get done doing straight bar curls and could hardly let go of the bar once I was done.

When I use to play football I remember after a while of running on the artificial turf I would get 'shin splints'. They use to kill me. When I started lifting heavy, the same problem you have happened with me. An athletic trainer told me that the same way you can get 'shin splints,' you can also get 'forearm splints'. Im not saying the problem isn't AS related, but for me it wasn't. He also told me people with shorter arms are more likely to get it.

thanks for the help guys. i really start to get the pain as soon as i put down the straight bar. it kills the front part of my forearms.

then try using an EZ-bar and dumbells instead

Yeah I had to switch to alot of dumbell work . Straight bar was killing me. Is the pain on the out side of the forearm. I just took off 2ks because it was killing me and I think I had bicep Tendinitis

I had pain like you describe. The neurologist I had after my car accident told me stretching is useful for carpal tunnel as well. If you have an electric massager it could come in handy.

i have extreme wrist/ forearm pain, on the outside liek u guys are talking about, and im running 400mg of deca a week, it really hinders workouts, straight bar curls are out of the question, and when i do dumbells curls, i have to use a strap on my left arm, in order to tolerate the set

I added 200 with my last cycle for the same problem and it helped me tons. I had pain free workouts.
