Question guys.

As some of you may know, I am running test and EQ at 1200/1200 E5D. Now I don't know whats going on but within the last 2 weeks after I get done doing arms, my forearms are killing me. I think it's the tendons but im not sure. Do you guys think if I added deca at like 300mg per week that, that would cure the pain? Thanks for the help guys. :)

its possible, are u sure its just not your forearms getting too pumped or maybe your form? ;) but yes deca would alleviate the pain if it was generated from joints you could even run it at 100mg-200mg and still see the effects.

Hey Bouncer, I know you don't do many OTC supplements.......but have you ever tried Glucosamine and Chondroitin Sulphate ?

It really does the trick for me.

If I am not mistaken, deca will only help out you joints not your tendons(not 100% sure). The only thing I can think of is to have a doctor give you a corticosteroid shot in the area of question and mabey prescribe you some anti inflamatory drugs.

Bro, many people have that problem with High doses of Eq, I know that weird pain you are talking about. The worst is when you combine Eq with anavar

Yeah that is a high dosage of eq. Mabey since eq increase the pump you get and running it at such a high dose that may be the problem. By the way, what dosages of anti's are you running?

I don't know if you would want a corticosteroid shot. Maybe you can try some anti-inflamatory drugs. Also, from what I know deca will only help with Joint pain and not muscle/tendon pain.
You don't want to "hide" the pain. Generally pain mean there is some sort of damage (strain, bruise, inflammation). You don't want to take a pain killer or anything like that. All it will do is cover up the pain the possible make more damage.

I hope all it is a really bad muscle pump. I would hate to see you with an injury. What does it feel like? You can always go to the doctor, or even better an athletic therapist.

I agree.
That always does it for me too.
Give it a try before Deca.

Thats the way to go bro.

well, if you take the glucosamine and chondroitin sulfate...be patient....it takes a while to build up in your system before it really starts to work....I think maybe like 3 weeks or so

Anyway....what does the pain feel like....I had a problem with shint splints in my forearms for a while but I just worked through them and they got better...(probably not the best idea). I'm sure you know what they feel like....it's like a really sharp pain like your bones are fraying and stabbing your skin from the inside.

maybe it's just a massive pump though...I've never heard of pain from excessive EQ before though....but Jesus that's a lot.

good luck

Ive been on Glucosamine and Chondroitin for two weeks now, still waiting for it to help my shoulder.

Just be patient man....it'll kick in sooner or later....you might want to try some MSM (Methyl-Sulfonyl-Methane)....it's usually in powder form and kicks in a little faster...some companies combine msm with Glucosamine and Chondroitin, but I take them separate.

And Bouncer......if it's your tendons and not your joints...then glucosamine probably won't help much as it is targeted for joint pain.

I gotta disagree with that statement. It does wonders for my "tennis elbow".

I thought that tennis elbow was just the joint being inflammed from wear and tear....but maybe I'm wrong.

Glucosamine and Chondroitin won't work for tendons....it's just for joints.

Glucosamine is a key structural component in cartilage and it acts as a lubricant.

Chondroitin also acts as a lubricant and is a very important molecular component of glycosaminoglycans.

so I don't see how it could affect tendons....but SC if you can find a study on it please post it so I can read it.

Bouncer....It may be an electrolyte imbalance from all that gear...you may not have enough potassium in your body to support that kind of growth.
also...
are you taking GH??? because it may be connective tissues expanding and pinching off the nerves.

just a huge freaky pump I would bet....maybe you should trade off some of that EQ for tren, say 600-800 EQ and 75-100mg tren ED

thanks for the help guys. i really start to get the pain as soon as i put down the straight bar. it kills the front part of my forearms.

it's not a pump, it's more like a sharp pain in the area. at goes away about 20 minutes after i workout but comes back later that night.

Is it your ulna? Alot of the time when I do bar curls, I get a huge pain and it feel like my bone is really bending or something like that. Feels very uncomfortable
