last cycle was 3 years ago.. and ever since i didnt stop training but could not maintain the gains, and had to diet for a modelling gig.

i cant get anywhere without the juice, diet and workout dont do anything for me.

and now that im on my 3rd cycle, dunno whats goin wrong... probably my diet...

You said it yourself m8.

You cant get anywhere without the juice.

That means your diet or workout are to blame.

If you can't gain with these along then steroids are a waste of money.
You just need to eat more.

RJ made a great post .
now, lets get to food. you need to eat son. I don't mean more good food. I mean eat to get big. Red meat, sausage, bacon, eggs, buffalo, Big Macs, Quad Stackers, whatever. You need kcals to grow. Eating clean is fine, but you need to be adding cheat meals at least EOD. I can't eat like Det all the time every day, so I use cheat meals throughout the week. I eat clean most of the week and then cheat a couple times a week or maybe just the weekends. It doesn't mean eat like crap (donuts, ice cream, etc.), but you need calories (not weight gain shakes... good hearty calories) to grow big. YOU MUST EAT BIG TO GET BIG!!!

All you need to do to grow is eat.
Your diet is nice if you where cutting.
But your bulking.
Add another 2 meals to it.
Got to McDonald's every other day get 2 big macs and a few cheese burgers.

thanx man !! but the thing is, im not trying to bulk, im trying to cut. i need to be defined and toned but still with hard defined muscles.

now according to my details and workout schedule (5 times a week), i need to know what exactly should i eat, how much protein per day ? how much carbs? when to eat them ? and if i should do cardio, how often should i do it, in order for me not to lose muscle gains as well.

my cycle is good as i hear, and workout is great, as i try very hard, so its just my diet. need someone to tell me exactly what to eat and when. i know im askin a lot, but HELPPP !!!

your workout is not great. if you are working out 5 times a week at your size... your workout is not great. guaranteed.

what are you goals man? you need to stay cut, stay lean.... defined and tone but with hard defined muscles..... are you shooting for a goal weight? perfect for you would be.... what? 195lbs 8-10% bf? 205?

I agree. Diet is the main thing bro. Get that down and everything else will follow. It kind of sounds like your not working out the best either. One thing about your cycle that I dont like is the fact that its 10 weeks long and you are using eq. EQ is best if your running it upwards of 16 weeks. You may have just wasted some money on that one. Also if you are trying to cut I believe there are better compounds out there than the ones you are using. Do some research on cut cycles

:bsflag: this is an excuse. and everyone like you has one.

but lets stop with your excuses for a minute. Let's say you are right and diet doesn't do anything for you. If that is the case, why do you wanna know this?

ok thanx guys for the comments.

honestly, i have been working out for years now, and this is my 3rd cycle. tried many diets, work out routines, etc...

this time, i am following my instructors schedule.. diet, workout, and juice... i know im suppose to tust him especially that he is an international champion, but this is week5 for me and i see no improvments, and i just hate it when those arrogant trainers refuse to discuss or argue !! i have been on these forums for year and honestly, i get more confused when i hear so many different opinions here and there... my workout is really good, and im increasing weights and feel really pumped... but a day or 2, that pump is gone !! which everyone tells me it is the diet.. my BF is 14% now, and i wanna reduce tht to %7 - %10 and see those six packs for once in my life !!!

the reason why im asking about the diet is that i hear so many different advice here and there that i get confused, should i cut carbs, should i do this, should i do tht !! this cycle is suppose to make me leaner and harder, but it is not kicking in. sorry i wrote a lot, but thts only bcuz after years and years of work out, im very disappointed and frustrated !!

Well as far as diet goes go into the diet section and hit up 3J's thread (it's one of the stickies usually at the top). Give him some info, and he will help you get that diet in check.

thanx bro, and thanx everyone else who posted a comment

Bro I would say start eating a lot more, even if it is dirty throw cheats in but not dirty like straight up empty dirty rather dirty like dirty with a purpose. Examples would be like ice cream that ain't dirty it's just dumb a pound slab of ground beef with a thick hunk of cheese and some bbq sauce and caramelized onions on a big ass bun that's dirty.

Eat like that throw in cheat meals throw in a cheat day once a week pump up the volume on your eating and then tweak it on cycle if you notice yourself putting some chunk on cut down on carbs, replace one of your cheat meals with a shit ton of chicken or something try different shit out and find out what works for you.

If you are on gear to grow you need to put away that fear of getting fat at all cause that and what I doubt is an on point training program are holding you back. I've been playing with my diet this whole time since starting but being sure to eat like a fucken viking fresh back from months of rape and pillage in the southern lands no matter how I'm doing it. Everyone's body is different too there are general rules which tend to work for most people but each person has foods that work and don't work for them some healthy some not you gotta figure that shit out on your own bro. Adjustments are what the game of growth is all about!
